То что бассейн не работает круглосуточно, было хорошо если изменить график
Отличный отель. Не новенький, зато уровень ощущается. Живой рояль в лобби.
Персонал на ресепшн очень внимательный и профессиональный.
Останавливался в нескольких отелях сравнимого уровня, и именно тут ощущение люкса.
Не открываются окна(сняты ручки) - исправляется комплектной чайной ложкой))
Нет гигиенического душа.
Уборка слегка халтурная. Увидев дополнительную воду - решили, что класть стандартные 2 бутылки не надо.
Wir sind zu dritt gereist und haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Beistellbett gebucht. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet.
Weiterhin mussten wir spät nachts einchecken und das Personal war unkompliziert und hat uns sehr höflich empfangen. Wir waren willkommene Gäste.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig bestückt. Der Kaffee stellt hier einen Makel dar., da ein kleiner Kaffeeautomat für die Menge an Gästen völlig zu klein dimensioniert war und dazu noch ständig ausfiel. Das war etwas schade. Der Rest war aber sehr gut.

Я часто путешествую и впервые столкнулась, что воду не приносили каждый день, только в день заезда.
Завтрак: блюда красивые, но персонал видимо не готов к потоку людей. Не хватало посуды. Если посетитель попросил 1 кружку, персонал выносил 1 кружку, следующий подходит и снова спрашивает кружку. Было очень странно )) т к со стороны слишком много суеты было создано.
В день заселения попросила поздний выезд, сначала сказали до 4 часов и сказали подойти в день выезда. Подошла в 10 утра, мне разрешили 2 часа остаться. И с 11.00 тут же начали названивать и предупреждать выселиться. В чем прикол не понимаю . В любом случае я уехала 12.30, но осадок остался
