Pros:

a localização é muito boa, tem restaurantes bons próximos, farmácia e shopping, é possivel realizar muitas atividades a pé, sem necessitar de transporte, a acomodação tem um tamanho bom, o banheiro é bom, chuveiro excelente, café da manhã muito bem servido com muitas opções variadas.

Cons:

a cama não ser king prejudica um pouco o conforto, deveriam ofertar essa opção. os elevadores são bem pequenos, o que dificulta muito o fluxo nos momentos de maior movimento, como por exemplo nos horários mais cedo

Tamanho do quarto.

Café da manhã ruim.
Reservaram um quarto que ficava na porta do elevador para uma família com criança. Esses quartos costumam ter mais barulho, o que atrapalha a experiência de uma família com criança. o quarto inferior é o único disponível que acomoda uma criança no mesmo ambiente dos pais.
Apesar do quarto ser bom e banheiro novo, a pedra assentada do chuveiro estava errada e todo banho alagava o banheiro pois o escoamento da água ia para fora ao invés de ir para o ralo. Acabava que o piso de chão ficava enxarcado e não sobrava piso para o banheiro.
Uma das pias estava entupida.
Uma das janelas não trancava, o que é perigoso para quarto com criança pequena. Ligando na recepção não conseguimos trocar de quarto.

Boa localização.
Pros:

A localização é MUITO boa. Fica perto de tudo na Avenida Paulista. Me pareceu um lugar muito seguro, mesmo no início da noite consegui andar na rua com certa tranquilidade.

Cons:

O quarto já estava um pouco antigo. Foi reformado e modernizado, mas algumas coisas mostram que é um hotel um pouco mais antigo. Nada grave.
