Pros:

Расположен в хорошем и безопасном районе. Комната большая, дизайн приятный, везде чисто. Кровать удобная, ванная комната новая. Завтрак хороший. Отличный сервис, по соотношению цены и качества - рекомендую!!

Janelas poderiam ter um isolamento acústico melhor e o elevador pequeno para o número de apartamentos.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Quarto de tamanho perfeito para um casal com um filho. Tinha uma mesa com cadeira que dava para montar minha bancada de trabalho. Tinha uma cozinha equipada com microondas geladeira e pia.
Gostei muito da localização, em uma região que podíamos caminhar com tranquilidade e próximo do metrô.
Café muito bom

Cons:

O elevador, se você tem horário precisa sair pelo menos 10minutos antes, o elevador é pequeno e o cartão nunca funciona no elevado!
A cama não estava muito confortável também
