Bed was comfortable, location is excellent, staff is very nice.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot had enough spaces even if you showed up really late. The hotel was clean and staff was very nice. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Cons:

I wish check out was at noon instead of 11:00 am.

Why so rude?
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

I called the night before departure to see if I could get a late checkout because we had a flight out of Milwaukee in the evening the next day. I was told, in a very kirt way, that I had to wait until the next day to see if this was possible. Mind you, there were so few guests there. It was like a ghost town, and it was a Wednesday checkout. The next day, I was told that 11:30 was the latest we could check out.
The other thing is I am handicapped and we were placed on the 2nd floor way in the back. I use a walker, and when I went to and from the room, it was quite a hike. I had to stop several times to catch my breath.
I would not stay here again. 😒

Nasty experience
Pros:

The property location was excellent.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t at the desk upon arrival. I called but was unable to accessed the hotels phone. The clerk showed up about 10 minutes later. The room had a terrible odor and I brought it to the attention of the clerk. He wasn’t helpful, he didn’t go to assess the room but asked if I wanted some air freshener. There was no offer to change the room, when asked about it.I notified the hotel manager about the situation as I was checking out.
