Nos encantó la ubicación, Inglewood por demas de estar cerca del aeropuerto y de lugares importantes, mall y centro de convenciones. Todo lo importante y turístico de los angeles queda a menos de 30 minutos
The location
No shuttle service to airport. Not bottled water available in the rooms.
I had an extremely frustrating experience staying at this hotel. Parking was a complete nightmare despite paying for it, there was absolutely no guarantee of a spot. The security guard on duty was rude and completely unhelpful, showing no consideration for guests who were circling the lot just trying to find somewhere to park.
I ended up having to sleep in my car for nearly 4 hours waiting for a parking space to open up, which is honestly unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that charges for parking. By the time I finally got into my room, it was around 6 AM, leaving me only a couple of hours to rest.
To make things worse, when I explained the situation and asked for a late checkout, I was denied with no flexibility or understanding. There was zero effort made to accommodate the inconvenience caused by their own lack of parking management.
Overall, this stay felt like a complete waste of money. Between the lack of guaranteed parking, poor customer service, and no accountability from staff, I would strongly recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere that actually values its guests and provides basic amenities without the hassle.
Everything about this place was top tier all staff was incredible and very clean rooms top notch 👍

Rooms weren't clean no clean sheets and I may have seen a few roaches it's probably because they dont clean the rooms unless you request it.I had to clean the room myself so someone should have paid me to stay there...
