Pros:

I like breakfast food , drink was good , staff friendly ,room and bath tub was clean, bed comfortable.

Cons:

I was stayed 1 night, Premium Queen Room - Newly Renovated aircondition doesn't work. I did called for help. they siad can not fix they gave me the fan but when i turn on was so lound i can not sleep i try to open the window need some fresh air.The staff at front desk when i check out not nice she did not ask me anything how was your stay or how was your sleep. I was stayed in this hotel about 4 times. It was good and reliable before. Now this time .i am not impressive at all.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Weather was bad for my wife who has issues walking

They said they upgraded us to a suite but there is very little room in the bathroom for my wife who has issues walking

OK, but can improve a lot.
Cons:

Look how you do with external flags (Canada, Alberta), they were ripped and forgotten. It tells a lot about the care of the hotels with the details. Take a lot in your fitness centre, 80-90% equipment were broken.

Good location, friendly staff, but the room was small and poorly equipped.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and convenient. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Didn't feel stuffy at all. I was there during a large convention and the hotel was busy but the staff didn't seem bothered or under pressure. The location was good! Easy to get to for someone who is not from Calgary and doesn't know the area. Lots of parking and easy to find a spot no matter what time of day or night we returned to the hotel.

Cons:

The room was bland. There were no pictures on the wall, no armchair, nowhere to eat. We had two people in our room but the only place to sit and eat was a desk and a desk chair. We ended up eating in bed which felt quite awkward and uncomfortable. The thermostat had a mind of its own. We could set it to 20 and it would warm up to 25 degrees while we were out for the day. Didn't seem to matter what it was set to.

My Apologies to the Hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff, great food.

Cons:

There was a shareholders meeting so it was a bit triggering for me. Too much noise. I got a bit terse and was asked to leave. In the panic, I lost my phone because I wanted to take a walk but had too much stuff to carry. Kind of a "fml" moment i regret.

They didn’t have the AC turned on for the building meaning no ac in rooms yet for the year, i booked it for the AC on a hot weekend

It was not great.
Pros:

Bed not bad. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Have stayed there several times with good time. This time only chair in the room was desk chair, no place to sit and have coffee or watch TV other than bed, no luggage rack had to put suitcases on the floor. Noisy from AC outside.
