Cons:

Ziet er vervallen uit. Ontbijt heel magertjes. Bovenal was de communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf ronduit slecht. Ze wilde ons ook 2x laten betalen voor ons verblijf. Op berichten en email wordt niet gereageerd.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, just wish we could have used the pool!
Pros:

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and set up nicely.
The breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed all of the options every morning. The service was great for getting beverages as well.

Cons:

We were not told at check in, that there was an issue with the pool, and that was one of the reasons we booked at Carriage House. The pool ended up being drained completely during our stay, it would have been nice to know beforehand.
The room got really hot at night, there was no A/C unit, we turned down the heat as low as it could go and opened a window.

good value, great breakfast
Pros:

wonderful breakfast- liked the fresh fruit, really good orange juice and coffee. Food was the usual selection but better prepared than most hotel buffets.

Cons:

Our air conditioner unit started making loud noises after being on for a couple of hours and room was too stuffy and warm to have it off all night
Standard room bathroom is a little small (but nicely renovated)

Prima hotel voor op doorreis
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, prima kamer voor een nachtje en ontbijt was ook prima te doen. Ligging is ook goed voor op doorreis. Supermarkten in de buurt

Great value and beautiful!
Pros:

Had our wedding here and it was a wonderful and memorable experience. The food was excellent and the staff were professional. The hotel room was amazing and so were the facilities.

Always enjoy staying here. It’s a great location and rooms are always clean. Staff excellent.

When we come to Calgary we always stay here. The staff are excellent and polite and the location is perfect for us. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Three night stay.
Pros:

Central location. Close to shopping by car.
Rooms are clean with a bit of sag in the beds. Toilet is on the lower side and washroom is clean but small.
Friendly, efficient staff.
Decent buffet breakfast.
