Not the best
Pros:

Location and Staff with whom i interacted with.

Cons:

Regular traveller 1 night here there every few days. Room clean tidy. Bed uncomfortable. Pillows a disaster too firm. Breakfast Buffet nice selection but all hot food was STONE COLD. Will advise my colleagues to stay away from this hotel. I certainly will not be back.

Pool is so goood!!!!

The pool and hot tub is always the best.

Cons:

The NEW front desk lady, been going for years and she gave merge hardest time. Very unfriendly!

Absolutely lovely stay.
Pros:

We had one of the renovated suites, and I have to say it was very lovely. Feels much more clean and modern than I remember some of the older rooms, but I would also say it was nicer than most hotels I've stayed at in the city. My friend also received an upgrade to get us on the same floor, and her room was very nice as well. The beds were also comfy, and I really appreciated the fluffy pillows and duvet. The bottles of water were a nice touch. Super pleased.

Cons:

Wish the hot tub was inside. Lol.

We had a birthday venue in the palm room March 27. The food was amazing. The staff were impeccable and we sure liked the bartender. Sam.

Not bad overall. Service can be better.

Nice location, plenty of parking spaces

Cons:

Bathrobes were given on a second day only. No microwave in a room. Only one bar of hand soap. Second day breakfast has no sausages, only overcooked bacon. Room keys kept demagnetizing and need to replace 3 times in 2 days. Extremely long waiting time to get elevator (it seems only one is working).
