Great restaurant, great cleaning staff
We had asked for early admission to change for a function even tho we asked weeks before they could not help out. The room was cold and blowing cold air we had two repairman come in to our room and nothing they could do. Finally the cleaning staff gave us an electric heater. Just don’t think they cared .
loved the bed, the large room,the toiletries, the coffee machine
we would have liked a bottle of water in the room and more variety at breakfast.. The eggs and bacon were very dried up.
The rooms
We had to rent a microwave for our room and we had to pay for it.
Clean and pleasant atmosphere
Nothing really, was above average.
Room was well appointedd. Very modern and spacious.
Very clean.
The free water and other drinks and snacks was a bonus.
Breakfast was included and was good.
Location was good for me.
Other facilities like the pool looked good, although I didnt have time to use them.

The breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent thoroughly enjoyed the food and company.
The noise from some of the people or students in the hallways and we could hear them through the walls and even with our TV on. We also encountered some people wearing robes in the halls we understand there was an event going on though
Everything was great, amazing staff, clean room and great breakfast. Great value as we booked with a group booking and perfect location near our venue. Would def stay again :)

Everything was great!
Sliding into the heated pool was lovely. It was not too warm, just not cold like all the other hotel pools seem to be. The breakfast had sausage and bacon, lots of extras.
We like this hotel and have stayed many time. We always arrive earlier than check in time but the staff always accommodate us with no extra charge.
The room can get a little warm in the summer and its very difficult to change the AC
Breakfast buffet is probably best in town for quality and value.
The staff at front desk, I asked for printed receipt, she told me "since I booked through Booking .com I could get it online" So, my request was denied, It a simply click of a button to print and I had added charges to the bill. I like to having a hard copy in the situation.
Also, the halls turned into a noisy playground for young people, so sleeping was an issue. Not well rested for the days ahead.
The location was very convenient in south Calgary, next to my conference venue. The place is full of great facilities and the food is excellent. Outside there may be some unsavoury people at certain times, but it is part of the social tapestry of the city and they do not bother guests.
Great hotel with great service. Close to restaurants and Chinook mall. The breakfast was tasty and service was amazing
