The rear of the hotel by the street seemed a little shady due to some loitering and strewn garbage.
Great location, nice room
Great Hotel! Rooms are nice and clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good with many choices. Above all the Excellent Amazing Staff, Anas, Yousef and Kiro...all professional and courteous. Will surely come back again.
Room prices were a but elevated.
The room is spacious and well stocked with towels and soap, shampoo, lotion. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. It was quiet and very clean. There was an incident where a party was happening in the parking lot with people blasting music and drinking beer, leaning on cars. One call to the front desk and it was handled and dispatched immediately.
There needs to be more than one person at the front desk. Waiting for 15-20 minutes at a time for anything to be done is inefficient and makes the guest feel unappreciated. I arrived at 2pm and the man claimed that no rooms were ready for check in and that I had to wait until 3pm. Yet I noticed 4 people came in after me and were immediately given rooms.
