Staff after 3pm and my room a lot of things were broken like the closet doors cooler, no balcony like I requested and when I booked for handicapped location on site and in person didn’t get accommodations for that very disappointing

I booked my room 2 days ahead and they gave me a room that had pets. I told them I’m allergic to pets and they said if you don’t want it then we’ll do a fully refund and it will take up to 3 to 5 business days for you to get your refund back through the third-party. I was very tired because I’ve been working all day and after I heard that I was very disappointed..
