It was rated as excellent. Far from it.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was above average

Cons:

Overall wonderful with minor glitches
Pros:

It was clean, convenient location, and some of the staff were wonderful

Cons:

We were there a week and the evening appetizer function was never there.
A few older staff were rude

Would definitely stay here again, was there 2 months for work. Rooms are nice, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast... should I go on! Big shout out to Julie, who makes the breakfast, good lady.

What a scam
Pros:

This hotel is horrible.
Staff, gals especially were rude.
No manager available.
No daily trash or towel service
Had to put that in the hall
No phone to front desk
Had to go down and ask for towels, coffee pods etc.

Poor soundproofing, and the restroom occasionally smells bad.
Cons:

Room soundproofing is very poor — I can hear people talking next door very clearly.
If you want to sleep well, don’t stay here.

The bathroom smells bad, and even after flushing, the odor comes back after a few hours.

I would not recommend this hotel strongly

It was ok, but expected a much better experience based on the reviews.
Pros:

The pool was nicely heated, and location was good.

Cons:

Breakfast: very repetitive
Room: Smaller than expected, dated/discolored furniture
Clean: Very dusty (and allergic, pet hair on towels, carpets)
Front desk: Some staff were very uncooperative, where others were helpful
Room service: Missing (they can never send anyone, but we had to go collect something from the front desk)

Pros:

I can highly recommend the Maple Tree Inn. My nearly week long stay was pleasant.

Cons:

My only complaint is the EV charging is criminally expensive. DO NOT use their chargers. The DC chargers in the area are cheaper. They need to lower the price by at least .20¢ kWh. During my stay the price was .60¢ kWH plus a session fee of $2!
