Like a half-price sale!
Pros:

A $200 room for about $100. Amazing!
A little worn in places, but no torn rugs or wallpaper!
Staff is great (gladly gave us 1pm checkout).
Free breakfast is mid-range (hot, but no custom omelettes😉).
Pet fee is still only $20, and there are lots of places outside to walk your dog. (Mine loves a 10 minute perimeter journey, which he could easily make 20 minutes!)
In-room coffee is Keurig. Bathroom is good-sized; shower is good.
The only thing lacking are power outlets. (We bring a power strip nowadays, as this is a shortcoming at many hotels.)

Clean Comfortable and Convenient!! Love this place and always comeback to stay here!!
Pros:

I love how clean it always is and feels like a brand new room. The staff is always friendly and accommodating!The pool and hot tub are always nice, and it’s right on El Camino Real, so easy to get anywhere. I’ve stayed several times with my pup and I love coming back because I know exactly what to expect!!

Cons:

It’s a little bit far from Santa Clara University, but that is expected and worth it as I love staying at Maple Tree!

Sehr schöne moderne saubere Zimmer, viel Platz im Bad und Zimmer
Frühstücksbuffet war das einzige auf unsere USA Roadtrip bei dem es echtes Geschirr gab und keine Pappteller. Das war sehr angenehm
Die Poollandschaft war schön und es gab auch nette und gemütliche Sitzelegenheiten in der Lobby.
Auch gratis Kaffee und Getränke gab es dauerhaft in der Lobby.

Cons:

Nichts. Alles gut.

I Love that it’s Pet friendly! The staff were all pleasant.
And the breakfast as well was perfect!! Love the accessibility to exit the hotel that it had exit doors to the convenience of the guests! 10/10.
