My second stay was as good as the first.

Glad my stay was brief because of the unsafe shower, dirty lobby and loud music.
Pros:

location was the upside since it is near O'Hare

Cons:

Loud music and it persisted for a few hours. Called the desk and asked them to come on the floor to hear how loud it was, but it lasted even after calling the desk. Also, someone in my family fell in the shower - slippery and not safe. Dirty shelf in lobby by the elevators that hasn't been dusted in a while.

Within easy reach of the airport, without being down in the congestion of Rosemont.
