The receptionist made it a point not to say our room number out loud, due to some questionable people around us while checking in. I appreciated her going the extra mile to ensure my safety!

The staff made us feel like we were lucky to be there. Place was empty but still couldn't get any service. The bathrooms were locked in the lobby. No one to give us a key. So traveling on the plane on an airplane directly into a cab. To your hotel to find no one there with a message. Send me back momentarily in the bathrooms are locked. And 4 corners of O'Hare, with not a public place in sight. So the facilities were on acceptable in my mind for a six-year-old man having to wait and literally having to use the bathroom outside. It's sad to say that I had to, but i'm not going to go to the bathroom of my pants after winning twenty five minutes inside the hotel to find out that you don't have a key handy for people to use the restrooms downstairs, literally had to wait. Till I checked in to get my room key to go upstairs. To use the bathroom
I was able to get a good night's sleep time. I went to sleep every time I went to bed. Heard nothing because I sedated myself. Where earplugs turned the air up? All the way pulled the covers over my head woke up to an alarm clock and left no available coffee in the morning. Nothing was easy. Everything's all about burden of you guys. The staff as opposed to what's when the provides for us, as people who have to stay close to the airport because of our work and early flights. But yet, I can't find one next to the hotel. That's not loaded with burden

Amazing compared to the higher priced hotels! Super clean and fresh smelling. the staff was so friendly. Free parking was also great!
My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels, etc in the washroom. Good toiletries are provided.
WiFi was all but unusable. I ended up using my phone as a hotspot. The housekeeping staff begins work at some crazy hour, like 7 am. If you don't want them waking you up, be sure to put out the "Do not disturb" knob tag the night before. I never could figure out how to get the in-room TV to work- broken?
