I am writing this review to address the level of service we experienced at Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga (6090 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON).
We arrived from Buffalo, NY after a full workday, expecting a smooth check-in based on a confirmed third-party reservation (Park Sleep Hotels, Booking ID: PSH-236801). My wife had the reservation readily available on her phone. Upon arrival, we were informed—without any prior notification—that our reservation had been canceled.
What followed was the most disappointing part of the experience. The front office manager, Hazelle Caseria, was polite in tone but completely indifferent in action. There was no effort to assist, no attempt to investigate further, no alternative solutions offered, and no basic hospitality courtesy extended. While the hotel may have been sold out, that does not excuse a complete lack of initiative. In the hospitality industry, when a guest is stranded due to a system or booking issue, the expectation is simple: try to help. Recommend a nearby hotel, make a call, offer guidance—something. Instead, the response we received was effectively, “there’s nothing I can do,” delivered with clear disinterest.
Body language and demeanor matter just as much as words. The indifference was obvious and, frankly, unacceptable for someone in a leadership role in hospitality. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a business card, it was handed over without hesitation, along with a dismissive attitude toward my intent to leave a review.
For contrast, we contacted Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport immediately after. The difference was night and day. They accommodated us promptly, arranged shuttle service, offered complimentary breakfast, and most importantly—showed genuine concern and professionalism. They even apologized repeatedly after hearing about our experience.
I strongly advise travelers to be cautious with third-party booking services like Park Sleep Hotels, as well as with this particular property. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga.
If you value service, professionalism, and being treated like a guest rather than an inconvenience, stay at Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport instead.

My wife and had dinner here, the atmosphere was peaceful. We sat in an alcove bench style seating, very comfortable and conducive to conversation. Krish was our waiter, he was attentive and friendly, the service was excellent. Our spinach salad was crisp, fresh, and tasty. My wife had the Grilled Chicken and I had the Rueben. They were delicious.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The carpet was somewhat worn and should be replaced but it also was clean. I very much liked the fitness room, it was well equipped and new.
Overall we are glad we chose the Four Points and will stay here again.

We took the shuttle from Toronto Pearson airport. It was labelled “ Four Points Sheraton”. The driver did not ask which hotel we were going to and did not indicate that there were two such hotels in the airport vicinity. As a result, we were dropped off at the wrong hotel and were told we would have to wait 40 minutes for the next shuttle to go back to the airport and then wait for another shuttle to our designated hotel. We elected to take two Ubers at considerable cost as we had small children who were very tired.
