Room was nice and bed was super comfy! Little fridge supplied as well which was nice! Breakfast was delicious! Top tip: add the choc chips to your waffles! Sakitha was super friendly and helped with anything I needed! Will be back if I’m in Canada again!

Great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga. The team was welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the airport proximity made catching my early flight an absolute breeze.
The staff was friendly and respectful. The bed, pillows and bedding was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle was ready at 3:30am as requested.
The lobby and elevator could do with some updating. I found a few strands of long hair on the vanity in bathroom.
Showers were slow draining
The bed was super comfy and the room surprisingly quiet though facing the airport. Spectacular sunrise was a bonus! I slept great. :)
The server in restaurant was AMAZING. Breakfast and dinner. Her name started with Sat...
Windows didn't open, and leaked with heavy rain. Heavy scented cleaner lingered, but eventually I became nose blind.
The lobby smelled like a bottle of Ralph Lauren's Polo had exploded recently. We stayed 4 nights and it was present each pass through.
The carpet has lived its life, I think. But it was clean though faded and stained.

Location was good for the airport. We ate at the restaurant and the food was okay, private and peaceful.
Our sever Krish was so friendly and nice. He made our evening!
We had a wonderful experience. We were there for family reunion and Sakitha was very accommodating and helpful. She treated us like a family and provided a 5 stars services. Her restaurant services were showed tremendous respect and kindness. Best of luck to her!
