The fans in the elevators were about as loud as a jet engine before takeoff.
In order to use the free WiFi you have to sign up as a Marriot Bonvoy member.
I appreciated that the hotel was less than $200!
When I booked the room, the description should've indicated where I could meet the shuttle (pillar 37 arrivals level and it arrives every 45 minutes) because when I tried to call the property, the phone # on the website goes to 'booking central' who don't know shuttle schedules nor pickup locations. At YYZ there's a sign that says 'hotel shuttle' pickup, turns out 4 points Sheraton pickup 35 feet to the left of 'the hotel shuttle' pickup spot... when we came out we stood at the hotel shuttle spot, waiting, and turns out we learned later that the 4 points Mississauga shuttle drove right past us! When I finally got the phone # for the property, I was asked to 'hold while we serve a customer' for about 20 minutes!!! You can imagine the frustration. A little more clarity please.
We had supper at the hotel and it was good. It is a little further away from the airport than we thought but the shuttle was good and on time. The front desk staff was great.

Everything met my expectations.
Only in the room for 3.5 hours but it appeared very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
Really my only concern was that we booked the hotel specifically as a short night stopover on our way home
to Edmonton. I emailed the hotel after booking a week in advance to ask for an airport shuttle for 5:30am. But when we arrived at midnight we were told that our names were not on the list and that shuttle was full. Our only option was to take a 4:50am shuttle in order to be at the airport on time. Also the online site indicated the hotel was about 4km from the airport but it was actually 11km, so not as handy, although the early morning drive was actually very quick.
Beautiful hotel with all the basics, indoor gym and swimming pool. Easy shuttle service from the airport, about 30 min drive.
Lots of parking if you have your own transport. Restaurant and bar. some shops and other food places close by
not on a public transport route if you are not using your own transport taxi's is your best option to get the to closes mall and also far from down town. Lots of taxi's and Uber in the area though.
