Good hotel near airport
Pros:

Front desk service was excellent. Room and facilities were clean. Wish breakfast was included. Parking was easy.

Everyone as advertised
Pros:

To be honest, I travel a lot and this is the worst service I had in a Marriott hotel. Very dispointed.
Pros:

Great location, housekeepers are nice

Cons:

1. We booked the shuttle to airport at 2:50pm and the note they gave to me shows 2:50pm. But the staff wrote as 3:50pm. As a result, We had to rush in the airport. The shuttle was really hot, with no AC, driver drove quit aggressively on the road making us feel not safe.
2. We bought a bottle of orange juice at the front desk, employee charged us 5cad+tax and the label showed 4cad. After I asked the employee, she tried to argue with me but later returned the difference.

It was a pleasant stay and the beds were quite comfortable
Pros:

The staff were incredible especially the cleaning staff always made sure the rooms were cleaned everyday.

Cons:

The furniture was outdated and mostly broken, I paid for the room upgrade but I felt like I got upgraded to the wheelchair accessible room. I got $100 taken out of my account then I got $790 taken out of my account a couple of days later and I’m still unsure why they said it was for pre approval on my credit card it didn’t really make sense and I wasn’t told about it. The hotel food wasn’t great and overpriced. There isn’t really any other place around to eat you do have to uber everywhere but Ubers were fast and cheap.

Come for the World Cup leave without a car
Pros:

The location is convenient to the highways but there is a semi truck loading station behind the hotel that creates noise and traffic. This area is rampant with car thefts. Do not drive your car to this area unless you have a back up plan. The food in the restaurant is basic but the server is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice, kept up and does not look worn.

Affordable BUT prepare to eat in restaurants outside (limited menu)
Pros:

Good price. Good location - close to the airport. Small comfortable room, good bathroom.

Cons:

Staff beyond weren't particularly helpful. The food selection was severely limited for breakfast.

Hotel Shuttle was available but you will be billed after beyond 2 bags. NEVER seen that in all of my travels

Great deal at the Toronto Pearson airport area
Pros:

I just had a wonderful dinner dinning experience at the restaurant on-site last night. I was well served by a very delightful lady named Yolanda. She was smart, social, and considerate. I also had the best steak and fries dinner in town. The charcoal tendered steak preserved the aroma of smoke and the juicy texture of the New York steak, paired with warm and crisp fries, and (definitely a treat), a fresh Caesar salad. Everything was excellent especially with the very moderate rate of my King bed room, I will surely come back to stay at this Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga (Dixie Road).

Remember two properties with similar names so ensure you are traveling to the correct one via airport.

Krish is the best!
Pros:

Krish was an incredible server. He took care of our table with care during our stay at the Four Points. It was my daughter’s birthday and he brought her a special treat and made sure she felt special on her special day! Thank you Krish for taking care of our table & family!
