The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Kindly note that checkout between 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM will be subject to half night charge at the rate of the day. Check-out after 06:00 PM will be subject to full night charge at the rate of the day.

During Ramadan all bookings including breakfast will have full Suhur buffet instead. There will be no other breakfast served after sunrise but non-fasting guests are welcome to explore the room services menu. For half-board bookings, both Suhur and Iftar will be served.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

اول حاجه حجزت جناح وجحم غرفه كبيره ودفعت مبلغ عليه ' وتفاجأت عطوني غرفه صغيره ماتقدر تنفس حتى فيها ليه طيب كذا واتصل عليهم مايردون ابد .. والساعه 4 الفجر ردو قالو ايه صحيح غلط علينا عطيتك غرفه صغيره لا والله وينكم طول اليوم حجزت على الفاضي مااستمتعت في حجري ..

سكني كان 5 ايام
اخر 3 ايام اتصل اطلب نظافه في وقت عملهم واضع الورقة على الباب
لكن ارجع من الحرم ولا احد يقوم منهم بنظافة
واذا اتصلت قالو ضغط

الخدمات اللي تحت الفندق كانت مره ممتازه وكل شي متوفر فيها أسواق ومطاعم وكوفيهات و حديقه ممتاز جداً

الغرفه كانت غير نظيفه والمفارش ايضاً كانت غير نظيفه فيها بقع شوكلاته واضحه وصريحه مو قديمه (يعني واضح كان قبلنا ناس وما تم تنظيف الغرفه ولا شالو المفارش ولا بدلوها الفرشه وصخه فيها آثار مكياج واضحه ،،، والمويه اللي يحطونها في الغرفه كانت القاروره مفتوحه !!! الشي الثاني أ نا حاجزه غرفتين بجانب بعض ومتواصله مع الفندق بهذا الخصوص قالو سددي لتأكيد الحجز وفجاه أجي ألقى إقامتنا في برج ثاني وغرفه في دور والغرفه الثانيه في دور ثاني ياليتها في نفس الدور لا دور ثاني وموظف الاستقبال واحنا خلاص نعطيه رقم الحجز يجيه واحد يخش عرض يا فلان مشني بالله عندي حرمه كبيره تكفى قال ابشر خلك هنا وياخذ غرفتين جنب بعض وفي الدور السادس !!! يقول ترا احنا زباينكم قال ابشر ابشر طيب يقدر يخدمنا ويكسبنا زباين بعد احنا ! حتى أنا معي حرمه كبيره وتعبانه من الطريق وراعيه سكر و يقول لا مافيه أمكانيه غرفتين جنب بعض !! في برج ثاني مو نفس البرج غرفه كانت مكتومه مطله على منور وإذا فتحت الشباك أشوف شبابيك الغرف الثانيه وإذا هم كانو فاتحين الستاره أشوفهم واضح مره يعني طول وقتي لازم اسكر الستاره عشان ما اكشف احد ولا انكشف ايضاً أنا طالبه سرير أطفال إلى ان انتهت اقامتي ما وصلني السرير ورجعت أتواصل معهم على إني مالي سرير بس احتاج مفرش على الأقل أفرشه ينامون عليه يقول إذا كان متوفر يرسله لك (أنا كانت اقامتي واضحه ان معي طفلين وين أحطهم ينامون ؟؟؟؟ ) من حقي يكون عندي يا سرير أو بطانيات أفرشها لهم ينامون عليها إلى ان طلعت من الفندق ماشفت السرير ولا المفارش حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل كانت اقامه سيئه سيئه سيئه

تأخير الدخول جدا عطلنا وصلت الساعة الرابعة عصرا ونحن نتظر اضطرينا نذهب للعمرة وندفع مبلغ الحجز عشان مايروح علينا الحجز علما أنّ تسجيل الدخول 4 الى 6 عصرا بعد كذا يلغى طيب ليش مافي تعويض لنزيل عن التأخير هذا مقابل لو تاخرنا في التسجيل بعد 6 يلغى الحجز

فندق سي جدا من وصلنا مالقينا عامل يشيل اغراضنا يوصلها للغرفة اضطرينا احنا ناخذ العربية ونوصلها لحد غرفتنا..بالفندق الخدمات صفر جلسنا يومين ماجتنا خدمة التنظيف ولا جابوا لنا مفرش زيادة ونكلم الاستقبال يقول ابشر ولا شفنا شي..وعمال التنظيف تناديه ينظف يسحب عليك..تكلم من تلفون الغرفة مايردون لازم تكلم من جوالك..الصابون الموجود مستعمل وقليل جدا حق شخص واحد..غرفة ضيقة جدا وفيها 4 اسره فقط..حجزت من التطبيق دفع بمكان الاقامة ثم اتصلوا قبل بيوم يقولون ادفعي قبل الساعة 6 مساء او نلغي الحجز..عجيبين من جميع النواحي..خسااارة فيهم كل ريال.
