It was our first time staying at a Double Tree Hotel and we were disappointed
Cons:

Having to pay for car park as a hotel guest. There was WiFi in the room but entertainment was zero - just basic TV.
The iron in the room was faulty. The sink in the bathroom was faulty- water took several minutes to train so the sink was left with residue and dirty after use .
Hotel guests had to pay to use the swimming pool…we were put off by that

Cons:

Paying 40 for parking. My partner and I had to travel from work meaning we both had vehicles so had to pay 40 pounds parking, surely one should be free?!

Love coming back here. So many happy memories. Thanks.
Pros:

We have been visiting Coventry family and had many celebrations from here over 20 years. Always top for us.

Cons:

I did have a little slip on the bathroom floor. Filled in an incident form. Senior staff member was very helpful and I did go to hospital to get myself checked.
