Was just ok
Pros:

The bed was comfy and food was nice.

Cons:

Pool wasn’t open, kids running around the spa at 8pm at night. Had to wait 15 mins for towels. Room was cold had to wait for the little radiator to warm up. Kids running around in reception.

Disappointing
Cons:

We came in a group and all of us later received threatening fines by their car park monitoring firm despite all of us filling in our registration numbers at reception. It is an out of town hotel so if you’re driving factor in the time and cost of a £100 fine in addition to the cost

We have not stayed in a Hilton Hotel before but will definitely do so again.
Pros:

Very comfortable and well planned facilities. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Food was good and promptly delivered to our room - reasonable prices.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed with the pool and spa facilities.
One small point - the toiletries can’t be reached while in the bath!

no heating in the room and they wouldn't give me an alternative room - was absolutely freezing and had to sleep with my clothes - hat and coat on

Lovely hotel, would stay there again but wasn’t blown away
Pros:

The hotel was spacious and once inside you could appreciate that money had been spent to bring it up-to-date. Standard was great and staff were lovely.

The room was comfy. I liked the coffee machine.

Cons:

The parking situation was unnecessarily faffy with having to register and nobody mentioned it to us when we checked in. But we were able to sort it.

The drinks were expensive two glasses of wine cost us 20 quid. There were elements of the room that felt a bit shabby and we’d paid extra for a better room, but to me it felt like the bare minimum I would’ve been happy with. The room was also really dark with only lamps sorry it was a bit of a nuisance to do my make up before an event.

Fantastic reception very helpful.

Cons:

Tomatoes and mushroom on buffet breakfast. Could only get a sandwich from room service at 10.15pm .
