Pros:

Good location for our onward journey, really good breakfast selection, bar was a bit pricey

Cons:

Our room was great except for the bathroom, the grouting around the bath had black stains need a good clean or regrouting.

Average at best service and food.Expensive parking and drinks...2 hrs in the spa was the highlight

Spa was ok room was ok.

Cons:

Not a great breakfast didnt even have fried eggs just scrambled that were not greatly seasoned.paid a hundred quid for a room and then had to pay a tenner to park overnight.

Pros:

Stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and honestly one of the worst Hilton experiences I’ve had.

Was overcharged at check-in and had to argue to prove my booking even included breakfast (which it did). Felt embarrassed standing there being told I was wrong, only for them to later correct it.

Then at 1:30am the fire alarm went off multiple times due to a “system error”, completely ruining the night.

To top it off, the glasses in the room were dirty with visible residue.

As a Hilton Honors member, I definitely didn’t feel valued at all. Poor service, poor handling of issues, and not the standard you expect from Hilton.

Pros:

All good. The extra £8 for parking was a bit of a initial shock, but ok. Seemed like a bit of a trick. But facilities good and well presented. Breakfast included and was pleasant. Close to Motorway and Tesco's close by too. Cinema etc.
