The location for the nec we've stopped here before
The bed was uncomfortable the pillows were very soft the air conditioner was very noisy had to have it on all night as the room was boiling and I woke up with a very sore throat due to the air con.
We called up the day before to confirm the charge for the dog and was told £20 they tried to charge me £25 per dog and £10 for the carpark when the gentleman on reception told me it was £8 per day he was very unprofessional as myself and alot of others use thus hotel for crufts ill be advising people to find an alternative option as felt very let down
I didn't get breakfast 😕
I thought it WAS included when I booked.
Lunches were good, but nothing available without sauces, relishes, etc. Nothing plain that you could add what you wanted to add to it.
Room was very warm and I couldn't turn the heating down. Very uncomfortable.
Pillows were also awful and uncomfortable.
I bought a coffee and bacon bap for breakfast as my room didn't come with breakfast apparently, although it was on the form when I booked or I would not of booked it!
Bap was awful and bacon was cold and hard. Very disappointed with it and very expensive 😕 for what it was. Even the coffee was sub Standard.
Clean and reception is very welcoming and kind.
None.
Easy to find and convenient for the motorway. Open and spacious
The bathroom in our room could do with being renovated .
Clean, well organised, tentative staff and very professional. Rooms clean and good size.
Whole stay was booked for a day as i wanted somewhere to swim. On visiting the pool once checked in i was told by the staff the pool is closed until the morning as a child vomitted in the pool. As you can imagine i was extremely disheartened as the whole point i booked this hotel was for the use of the amenities. And to take over night to clean the pool was like a kick in the teeth as there was no urge to get this cleaned up asap and reopen for the people that wanted to use. Really dissapointed.
Spacious room. Very comfortable bed and appreciated the ability to control the air conditioning. Ambience of the hotel was good and reception, bar and public areas were welcoming. Shout out to Bev on reception for her warm, friendly manner.
Breakfast was good and varied.
The shower in our room was very poor. The shower head was impossible to angle properly and it leaked badly through the shower screen which we advised staff about as we left.
Although we did not object to the parking charge, it would have been better if this had been transparent when we booked.
We ate in the restaurant in the evening. We found the food -and service- of variable quality and expensive for what it was.
Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Good selection of food for breakfast.
Bar prices were ridiculous, cheaper in London! Shocked to pay £23 for 2 drinks a bottle of beer and a small bottle of prosecco.
I liked the location, and the gym facilities. I was met at reception by a lady called pretti, she was very helpful. I’m a Hilton person so I requested for the usual cookies and there was none available. After checking in twenty minutes later she called saying she made it possible - this really made me happy going beyond the service!
On the morning of check out I told the receptionist that I requested a late check out - which was approved, however they kept ringing the room saying I have to leave, made me feel really uncomfortable.
