Pros:

Minden tökéletes volt. A vendégváró desszertek a szobában, teák, kávék, víz, kényelmes ágy, finom illatú kozmetikumok, tisztaság, személyzet kedvessége mind-mind hozzájárultak ahhoz, hogy tökéletesen érezzük magunkat. A reggeli magasan a legjobb volt, ahol eddig megszálltam. Lokáció is szuper, mert gyalogos távolságra elérhető a Diadal-ív és a tömegközlekedési csomópontok. Nagyon ajánlom!

We had a very comfortable stay overall, with one important area the hotel could improve
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, while still being very well connected. There are bus stops and metro stations nearby, as well as plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. At the same time, there was absolutely no noise.

The rooms deserve a special mention. They are extremely comfortable, and everything inside is arranged in a very thoughtful and practical way. All the details and elements of the room seem to have been carefully considered, which made staying there genuinely easy and pleasant. There was none of that typical inconvenience you sometimes experience when travelling and living out of a hotel room. Everything simply worked and was exactly where you needed it to be.

Breakfast was also very good and tasty. The selection was not huge, but everything was high quality. I especially appreciated that there were different desserts every morning and that the buffet selection changed slightly from day to day. It made breakfast feel more varied and enjoyable.

Cons:

There is, however, one important issue that I would really like the hotel to address: the complete absence of feminine hygiene products. This is the one reason I would take two points off my rating, because I believe having at least basic sanitary pads available is a fundamental part of being genuinely attentive to guests’ needs.

To be honest, I have never used hotel shower caps, sewing kits or many of the other small items that are routinely provided in hotel rooms and are probably often simply thrown away afterwards, which is not particularly environmentally friendly either. Yet something as basic and genuinely necessary as a sanitary pad was not available.

I sincerely hope the hotel will pay attention to this. It is disappointing that otherwise excellent, modern hotels can still overlook such a basic physiological need of women, potentially putting female guests in a very uncomfortable and stressful situation. Providing a small supply of feminine hygiene products would be a simple but very meaningful improvement in guest care.

Great location, spotless, friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect for the hot summer. The location was lovely with many restaurants very near. I also loved the Rituals products in the bathroom...a small touch of luxury.

El servicio es excelente. Hotel muy cerca del arco del triunfo, bien ubicado y conectado con el metro. El barrio es precioso y muy tranquilo, seguro para volver por la noche. El desayuno todo incluido muy completo para empezar el día con energía!
