Stayed on 15 level and found the street noise to be loud, Found the Homeless sleeping outside to be loud, fully booked parking was disappointing - reason was cowboys home game, fully booked restaurant disappointing - reason was Father's Day
So .... I stayed in a place with No Parking for my vehicle and i was traveling with own car as well as no availability for restaurant booking ....... I would have thought as a customer staying with you these would be an offered to guest first.
Looking after your guest first
Good location generally all good. Food was excellent. Enjoyable stay overall.
All good except there was a nail in the bedroom which could have caused laceration to feet if we had of stepped on it however it was detected and returned to Reception with no hard done. I do accept that such things happen from time to time.
Location is perfect for walking around the city and short distance to the Queensland Bank Stadium. Our balcony was on the West side so the afternoon sun did make the room a little warm.
Being told that their car park was full and that we had to find parking elsewhere but not a big problem even though the cost was $20.00 over night and not $15.00 as mentioned.

Nothing….its my “go too” in Townsville
The room was spacious and comfortable, with views across the harbour. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was terrific, close to numerous restaurants.
A great hotel for our 3 night stay.
Location to stadium is excellent also palmer street for restaurants.
The hotel barr is very dismal and offers no atmosphere.

The location was great and the views were lovely, looking over the city.
There was a private function in the bar area, so there were only two tables available for guests at the hotel. It would have been helpful to have been told this at check in. The bar also shut at 9, which I felt was quite early. There were also some undesirables hanging around outside the hotel, when we returned in the evening. We have also been traveling through Australia for a month and this was the only hotel that we have had to pay extra for parking!
