Very central within the CBD. The apartment was a large room and has everything you need for a small family.
The bathroom shower leaks out water onto the floor.

J’ai était contrainte de nettoyer tous les équipements de cuisine (casserole, poêle, couverts, etc.) qui était très sales. Par ailleurs, aucune insonorisation avec la chambre d’à côté : je pouvais écouter la télévision, les personnes éternuer ou discuter.

Affordable. Clean. Perfect location. Professional customer service and friendly staff.
The 3:00 pm check in. Arrived in Townsville early morning, exhausted at check in time.
The staff in particular were so cheerful and helpful. Room was exceptional.
Executive suite and no way to heat food, no microwave. It's a bit disappointing, but I will stay there every time !

Bugs. Bathroom and hotel room were swarming with bugs. Flying fruit fly/midgies. Kept coming back and no doors were opened.
I booked the Deluxe King Room for my mum as a Mother’s day present and the staff were so kind and gave her a free bottle of wine as I asked them to make it as special as possible for her! The room was very clean and had an amazing view.
The only thing that I would say could be improved is the fridge did not work very well and was no hot water when my Mum went for a shower. But other than that, my Mum had a wonderful stay.
Loved the view and bed was nice and soft, the staff was lovely and very helpful and friendly loved the secure parking making a safe place to park our vehicle the bed was clean
I didn't like the air-conditioning it was horrible took ages to make the room cool and the shower was so small not the biggest fan
