Only ok bit, we will come back but never have an joining room as that was terrible will trying to sleep

Location as we have stayed several times before , restaurant dinner and breakfast

Cons:

Disappointed with the apartment, noise through the connecting door was really bad.
Picky stuff: Tap in bath room leaked, no
Toilet brush, only 2 coffee capsules.

Restaurant was great Wednesday night could not fault it, Thursday night absolute joke. We left after sitting down for 20min and went up the road, either short staffed or not trained.

Nice for a quick short stay
Pros:

Very central within the CBD. The apartment was a large room and has everything you need for a small family.

Cons:

The bathroom shower leaks out water onto the floor.

J’ai était contrainte de nettoyer tous les équipements de cuisine (casserole, poêle, couverts, etc.) qui était très sales. Par ailleurs, aucune insonorisation avec la chambre d’à côté : je pouvais écouter la télévision, les personnes éternuer ou discuter.

Great experience. Enjoyed my stay in the city of Townsville and at Grand Chancellor.
Pros:

Affordable. Clean. Perfect location. Professional customer service and friendly staff.

Cons:

The 3:00 pm check in. Arrived in Townsville early morning, exhausted at check in time.

The staff in particular were so cheerful and helpful. Room was exceptional.

Cons:

Executive suite and no way to heat food, no microwave. It's a bit disappointing, but I will stay there every time !

Pros:

Close to airport and cafes. Great location.

Cons:

Bugs. Bathroom and hotel room were swarming with bugs. Flying fruit fly/midgies. Kept coming back and no doors were opened.
