Extremely disappointing and unhygienic

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I have stayed in many hostels and budget accommodations before, so I am absolutely not expecting luxury, but this room was simply unacceptable.

There was visible mould around the air conditioning, on the walls and around the window. The ceiling also appeared to be damaged and partly sagging. The room had a very unpleasant and unhygienic appearance.

The pillows were also provided without pillowcases, and the overall condition of the room made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I genuinely did not feel comfortable enough to even get into the bed because I was worried about the cleanliness and hygiene.

The photos on Booking looked completely different from the actual condition of the room. I booked a hotel specifically because I wanted a clean and private place to stay, and unfortunately this was absolutely not what I found.

I have never had an accommodation experience like this before. I would strongly recommend checking the current condition of the rooms before booking.

My room just needs a bit of maintenance. For example no lid for the cistern and the sink drain went to a bucket under the sink.

Very close proximity with the mosque, therefore be prepared for an early wake-up with the morning call to prayer. Also, you may have to wait to get water in the bathroom and we didn't have a remote to control the AC.

Todo lleno de suciedad es asqueroso el aire acondicionado no se podía apagar y no me solucionaban nada respiras humedad toda la noche, da micho asco todo, no tiene agua la cortan durante horas y los colchones con bichos y lleno de mierda por no decir que a las 2 de la mañana se reventó solo el mueble de la tele pq estaba podrido, NO VENGAIS AQUI

Nothing was working and it was simply disgusting. Didn‘t stay for the night but stayed elsewhere

Muy sucio, en muy mal estado el hotel en general y la habitación en concreto. La cadena del baño rota, el aire acondicionado se encendía/apagaba con el diferencial a una altura muy alta encima del armario (al pedir el mando me indicaron que usara el diferencial para pararlo), con humedades en el techo. Y en general muy sucio, con telarañas. Sin agua caliente.

Alles. Das Ganze gehört zugesperrt und Kernsaniert. Das Staff ausgetauscht, der Besitzer gewechselt.
Unglaublich kaputt das Ganze Hotel. Wirklich alles.

Wände feucht, es tropfte von der Decke - Zi. 306,
Das Fenster ist undicht - der Rucksach mit kleidung der a.d Wand lehnte komplett nass,
Es sind irgendwelche waben/nester an der Decke von warscheinlich schon geschlüpften Tierchen,
Kein Spülkastendeckel – man muss mit der Hand in den Klospülkasten greifen und die richtige Taste drücken;
Kein Wasser am Tag 4, Kein strom am Tag 1,
Alles muffig ohne ende,
Mäuse/Ratten kacke auf der Treppe über all die Tage
Extrem verdreckter lüfter im Bad
TV kaputt
Offener zugang zu Strom weil schalter fehlt .. kabel lose ohne sicherung .. IM BAD!!
Schimmel am Fenster, und auch an allen andren im öffentlichen bereich (stock 3)
Löcher überall,
Klopapierhalterung kaputt,
Spiegel gefixt mit Tesa, S
taff spricht kein englisch aber wenn man sagt man hat seine plastikschlüsselkart verloren (was bei Leuter Ausflügen schon mal passieren kann) wollen sie schnell 100k für einen PLASTIKkarte… (schon mal am Strand nachgesehen wieviel plastik da ist, einfach recyclen und nicht dir Touristen abzocken!);
Nachfrage nach 2ter Kllopapierrolle hiess es: „Erst die ein aufbrauchen, dann gibt’s ne zweite“. (ein witz) … ist etwas doof wenn man viel scharf gegessen hat.
Keinerlei Hilfe bei Gepäck,
KEIN Wlan,
Router öffentlich im Flug(schon mal etwas von Data Security gehört??)., mit minimalen aufwand könnte jemand den router hacken, und die ganzen kameras anzapfen. In zeiten wie diesen sind es die einfnachsten Sachen die das Hotel vermasselt. ach ja,… ich könnte ewig weitermachen…

Very poor quality hotel. The photos do not match the reality. There is no hot water, the grinks are weightless, cobwebs.

Las habitaciones tenían humedad, todo súper sucio, no había agua caliente, el agua de la ducha salía sin presión y apenas podías ducharte bien, había muchos bichos y mosquitos, los cristales llevarán sin limpiarlos desde que abrieron, no nos dieron gel ni champú tuvimos que comprarlo nosotros, vamos fue 6€ la noche pero me pareció súper caro viendo lo que vi con mis ojos. No lo recomiendo en Absoluto, mejor pagar 10€ por noche que eso.

Cucarachas, cortes de agua, no funcionaba, la Wi-Fi, una ventana cegada…

La sporcizia era oltre ogni limite di accettabilità.
Siamo andati via dopo 10 minuti. Giusto il tempo di trovare un'altra sistemazione.
