Pros:

Love everything about this hotel! Comfy bed, friendly staff, clean room, great location and happy hour!

Cons:

Only one workable lift at time of stay and stairs were outside the building and wouldn’t work with every room key.

ヴィクトリア州議事堂やパーラメント駅から徒歩5分ほどで、フリンダース・ストリート駅やショッピングエリアへも徒歩20分程度でアクセスできます。近くにはレストランやコンビニ、スーパーも豊富にあります。

ホテルの入口はやや控えめで見つけにくいかもしれませんが、一歩中に入ると高級感があり、客室も広々としていました。シャワールームはガラス戸が半分だけのため多少床が濡れますが、バスルーム自体が広いため特に気になりませんでした。シャワーの水圧や温度も十分で、エアコンの効きも良好でした。

アメニティも充実しています。スリッパと歯ブラシはありませんが、メイク落としやヘアキャップなどが用意されていました。ドライヤーも風量・温度ともに満足できるものでした。

ミニバーは利用しませんでしたが、ドリンクやスナックの種類が豊富でした。ワイングラスが備え付けられていたのも印象的です。また、周辺のショップやレストランを紹介するガイドブックがあり、滞在中の参考になりました。

朝食付きプランを利用しましたが、パンやフルーツの種類が豊富でした。夕方にはフリードリンクタイムがあり、アルコールも提供されています。多くの宿泊客が利用していて、雰囲気も良かったです。

何より、スタッフの皆さんの対応が温かく、気持ちよく滞在することができました。朝食時にはスタッフの方からコーヒーや紅茶の希望を聞いてくださり、席まで運んでいただけました。また、客室清掃やタオル交換も毎日丁寧に行われており、快適に過ごせました。

メルボルンでの滞在を検討している方におすすめしたいホテルです。

Cons:

エレベーターは2基ありましたが、滞在中は1基が工事中だったため、時間帯によってはやや混雑していました。

また、チェックアウトは11:00までですが、10:30頃にエレベーターを利用しようとした際、カードキーが反応しませんでした。フロントで対応していただけたため大きな問題にはなりませんでしたが、チェックアウト時間が近づくとカードキーの有効期限が切れるようです。

Cozy and quiet, right in vibrant Chinatown.
Pros:

Great location. Room was quiet. Good shower.

Cons:

One of the lifts was out at the time. Other than that nothing to note.

Excellent facility with professional responsive staff.
Pros:

Excellent central location in Melbourne CBD. Hotel has free flow drinks from 5 to 6pm in nice lounge area. Excellent idea. Had minor TV problem at night and attended too and fixed almost immediately. Impressed.

Cons:

Melbourne weather. Little bit of rain.

4 day weekend. Excellent walked everywhere plus caught trams

Brekky was excellent but expensive. We couldn’t eat as much as was offered.

A good base for the top end of Melbourne CBD, MCG and going into Brunswick.
Pros:

The free drinks hour!! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room relatively small for an Australian hotel, although fine by UK standards.
Handy for trams but up to 20 mins to get there and very crowded - definitely get a taxi if you have big luggage.

Night in town.
Pros:

The service and location was terrific. Complimentary drinks was fun, chatting with the other guests .The room was great and comfortable. The place has a cool vibe .

disappointed as our last stay was pleasant
Cons:

Did not like our room 701 as it was at the top and next door to us was the aircon unit which made a constant rubbling noise all night and it also made the bed wall vibrate.
