Was clean and great location, just not what we expected for such an expensive price

Helpful, kind staff

Cons:

For the amount paid, the hotel wasn’t quite what we were expecting. The gym was in fact a 5 minute walk away and a membership gym, the rooftop terrace was also a bit run down and nothing really up there.

Convenient hotel for a weekend away
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was really good. Easy walk to the river and lots of bars and restaurants around. Happy hour is a very nice touch.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was really weak and the bathroom floor would flood each time we showered as water was getting out and soaking the bath mat. External walls not very sound proof meaning that there was a lot of noise from the street at night, despite us being on the 6th floor.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Amazing location, walking distance to heaps of laneway restaurants and close to the Melbourne marathon! Very comfortable bed and friendly staff. Good value for money, nice sized room!

Fantastic stay in Melbourne
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location in the theatre district. Next to great restaurants & bars. Happy hour every evening was a nice touch. Staff were so friendly.

Great fun trip, and perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location with lots of fantastic restaurants nearby, and easy access to the tram system
The staff were great and always helpful
The evening happy hour had very nice wine, and made it easy to share info with other guests

Cons:

The French press in the bedroom would be easier if it was a 2 cup size
The glass wall in the shower cubicle was a little small, allowing water spray on the floor

Pros:

The location was perfect for visiting the Princess Theatre and walking distance to many good eateries. The staff were very approachable and personable.
The room felt like luxury.
Will definitely stay again!

Cons:

It was a little noisy throughout the night, due to trucks and a bit of yelling in the lane way. Take some ear plugs!
