Lancemore Crossley St Melbourne

Cool inter-city vibe in a great spot.

Comfortable bed, quiet and stylish room, lovely staff. Have stayed multiple times and have always loved it. Great location for theatres, Chinatown, and heaps of dining options.

Lancemore crossley was a lovely place to stay. The staff were so accomadating and friendly and professional. I will definitely stay there next timr i am in Melbourne

This property whilst is in a convenient area is very noisy. Our room faced Little Bourke street and we heard every conversation, truck, car etc. No double glazing.
Added to the noise was a relentless tick coming from the ceiling and the air conditioning was so loud it had to be turned off.
We did request a room change which was accommodated.
The outdoor space was very tired.

Very loud at night with rubbish and delivery trucks utilizing the lane way and beeping horns etc. constantly waking us up. At one point I thought there was a fire evacuation.

Very convenient location

Convenient and comfortable, the staff were fabulous. Highly recommend.

Great hotel in a great Location, easy walking to trams, shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and the hosted hour from 5pm-6pm was an added bonus.

For me, this hotel is perfectly placed for the things i like to do, and still feel secure travelling on my own.

Great allrounder

For a 4 star place the cleaning wasn’t great of the rooms each day. Found one staff on their personal phone while cleaning the room. They also didn’t change sheets when I dropped some food on it. Didn’t remove dirty wine glass for a couple days. On arrival in the room was dusty. Reception staff were amazing.

Wonderful as always

Property was in good location in the city. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This was our second time staying at the Lancemore and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great and we really enjoy the happy hour offered by the hotel. We did change rooms due to noise from the laneway from the loading bays from the hotel next door, this is no fault of the Lancemore at all and we appreciated their assistance in swiftly moving us to a more comfortable and central room. The rooms are clean and tidy and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a pillow menu.

Room was on the side of the laneway and was very noisy on Saturday night and into Sunday morning. Also bottles were emptied into the slip which made a hell of a racket.

Lovely big room industrial style. Excellent location in the middle of Chinatown but room was quiet. Enjoyable stay.

This hotel stay was great. Friendly staff, great location and large, clean comfortable rooms. I’ll be back.

Great property.

We stayed at the for four nights and loved every minute! The hotel is in an excellent location in the heat of the theatre district. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearby parking was easy to access and there is plenty of on-street parking you can utilise to drop off your bags. The hotel staff were lovely and accomodating. The hotel also offers a complimentary drinks hour between 5-6pm in the hotel lobby. We will definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff, magnificent location, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and an interesting ‘serviced hour’ where you can get a free drink. This is a nice touch and creates a sense of community in the hotel. The hotel staff were also very helpful in providing ideas and recommendations.
