Important information:

The cardholder name must match the name of the guest. Once guests have checked in, the total of the reservation is applicable and nonrefundable.

Personal amable y buena ubicación, pero con algunos detalles a mejorar

El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Los chicos de recepción nos trataron muy bien y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando lo necesitamos. Las instalaciones del apartamento estaban correctas y el alojamiento estaba bien ubicado, justo al lado de una boca de metro, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por la ciudad.

Cons:

El agua caliente de la ducha apenas salía. Además, una de las noches intentaron entrar en nuestra habitación y, al día siguiente por la tarde, nos encontramos la puerta abierta de par en par. No nos robaron nada y en recepción nos explicaron que había sido por unas personas que habían bebido demasiado. El personal gestionó la situación con amabilidad y el incidente no pasó a mayores, pero fue una situación algo incómoda.

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff was amazing – very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is ideal, right next to two metro stations which made getting around very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, smooth, great value for money.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, 2 minutes walk from Bayswater station and another 2 minutes from Queensway. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are around the corner as well. Plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, etc. The room was very nice, comfortable and with good facilities including a microwave, cooking range, kettle, fridge and sink. The disappointment was the bathroom. It's minuscule in size, and the drainage didn't work properly in both the sink and the shower. Also, daily housekeeping is not something you should have many expectations from, besides a towel change. Overall, though, great value for money for Central London. At that price, I would definitely stay here again.
