The cardholder name must match the name of the guest. Once guests have checked in, the total of the reservation is applicable and nonrefundable.
For stays of 7 nights and over, Third party payments or group reservations, guests will be required to fill in an authorization form.

Está muy bien situado, zona tranquila con muchos servicios ( tiendas, supermercados, cafeterías) y dos paradas de metro al lado. Además se puede ir andando a visitar varios lugares. La habitación es pequeña pero está súper limpia, con aire acondicionado ( algo no muy habitual en Londres) y tiene una pequeña cocina. Tiene todo lo necesario para una corta estancia, productos de aseo, enseres de cocina, plancha, hervidor, secador de pelo...
Algo top, tiene enchufes tipo USB y tipo C en el cabecero, por lo que casi puedes prescindir de llevar adaptador.
Pudimos dejar las maletas antes del checking . El personal muy amable.
Falta una pequeña mesa para poder comer, al ser una habitación muy pequeña no caben sillas pero quizá una mesita plegable estaría bien.

The location was great
Bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom very small. They don’t make up the rooms which we weren’t aware of and if you do want your room made up it will cost you £30.
This hotel is in a very good location. The hotel has also been redecorated not to long ago. The bed is very small, yet very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Note that there is no daily cleaning, but we knew that upfront.
This hotel was renovated not too long ago, so the furniture and the rest of the room generally looks quite well.
However, the building appears to have a drainage problem. As a result, water from the shower does not drain away properly. Because the bathrooms are quite small, the water then flows into the hotel room itself. The carpet near the bathroom door clearly shows signs of repeated water damage, and this carpet is laid over a wooden floor. Neither material is suitable for prolonged exposure to moisture. Unfortunately, the result is a strong mouldy smell throughout the room, which did not disappear during our entire stay, even with the windows open.
This is obviously not something the staff can be blamed for, and I doubt there is an easy solution for the owner either, especially considering that the property has only recently been renovated. It is a great pity, but for this reason we will not be returning to this hotel.

Odrestaurowany, pachnący i piękny budynek hotelu. Robi bardzo dobre wrażenie a personel jest pro klient. Pokój z balkonem- bardzo komfortowy, odnowiony. Wysoki poziom, wszystko in plus, dziękujemy .

Location
It was extremely small and noisy. I was in room G-12 and people ( staff) would stand right out the door and talk loudly on the phone very early in the morning. You have to ask to have room service and they just dropped off clean towels, didn’t take garbage out or make up room. Very lazy staff. Won’t answer phone and barely will greet you coming into the building.

Små og kun to håndklær tilgjengelig. Mulig vi kunne bedt om flere, men burde vært to per person tilgjengelig på rommet. Små rom, spesielt singel rommet.
