A gorgeous hidden gem.
Pros:

The property was very modern, clean and area was in an excellent location. We will definitely be back to stay, we’ve wanted a hotel we can return to time and time again and I think we may have found it.

Cons:

A upgrade on the mattresses wouldn’t go a miss, a little more care to detail in the luggage room. Anyone can go in and take anything. Possibly a number system in place.

Suihku ei toiminut kunnolla. Vettä ei saanut säädettyä kylmemmälle. Vesi oli siis liian kuumaa. Ja suihkulähde oli rikki ja suihki vettä minne sattui. Sänky oli samoin kahdelle liian pieni (120cm)

Pros:

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was great, so close to everything and the nearest tube station was only a 2 minute walk!

Cons:

Room was a little small so we struggled to store our suitcases.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gemütliches kleines Zimmer mit Bad und Balkon.
Tolle Lage, in der Parallelstraße gibt es Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés, Ubahn-Stationen. 5 Minuten zu Kensington Garden's, sehr empfehlenswert.
Freundliches Personal, das immer erreichbar ist.

Cons:

Im Bad gingen das Licht und die Lüftung permanent ein und aus, egal, ob man sich darin aufgehalten hat oder nicht... also sowohl beim Duschen, als auch auch wenn man im Bett lag. Zudem war im Bad durch die Heizung fast 30°C.

Great location, nice balcony, sufficient facilities
Pros:

Good location, close to rail connections, shops nearby, Kensington Gardens close, nice balcony and facilities were pretty much everything needed

Cons:

Rubbish was left in the hallway for over 24 hrs on our floor, smelt bad, had to request to reception that it be moved. Our stay was 8 days, got a little tedious having to ask for toilet paper and towels every 2nd day. Got a little stuffy in our room, only ventilation was opening the shared balcony door. A good place to stay however, can recommend.

Our room significantly flooded from the pipes in the wall and zero compensation or change of room was offered. They only gave us extra towels! Totally unacceptable

Pros:

Very nice location, clean, small but everything you need for a short trip.

Cons:

In our room there was a small green light on the ceiling that did not turn off and it was quite hard to fall a sleep.
