They charged $25 a day to park at the hotel.
Could not check in till after 4pm. Only had one person at the desk and there was a long line to check in. It was close to 4:30 before we got checked in.
Only had one elevator working so either the late check in was a long line to get elevator to room. Finally waled in the stairs with our luggage.

Elevator was dirty so were hallway floors.
We were right on the beach and had a great view from our balcony. The room was very spacious and we loved that it had a step down to the living room/ kitchen net. The bed was very comfortable.The bathroom was very large and everything had just been remodeled. The food at the restaurant was very nice.
There was only one elevator working, and it was having some issues. The blinds in the bedroom were broke and we reported it to the front desk but they did not get fixed. All the Coke machines in the building we're on. It took our money, but we did not receive a coke. We've reported that to the front desk and was informed that all the coke machines are broken.That they should not be plugged in and he could not give us our money back. It would have been nice to know this before we started feeding the machine money. The doors are very hard to open.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The room had roaches and smelled like wet dog. The pool and deck around pool was in very poor condition, giving the impression that it had not been properly maintained.
Customer service was just as disappointing. They were rude and unpleasant to deal with, they made us feel as if we were annoying them just checking in.
Overall, the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and provided terrible customer service. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Our stay at this Best Western in New Smyrna Beach was extremely disappointing. The room had roaches, including in the shower and, even worse, in the bedroom. The kitchen was very dirty, and the entire room smelled strongly of urine.
The pool was also in poor condition, with pieces of the deck floating in the water, making it look unsafe and poorly maintained.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unfriendly. When we arrived, they continued talking with each other and never acknowledged our presence, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we checked in.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

Beautiful location, clean, restaurant nearby, all good.
When we checked in and went into the room I had to use the restroom I lifted the toilet lid and it was full of urine and hair. Also, the mirror in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned there was splattered toothpaste on it. I had to go to Walgreens and purchase some Clorox and Lysol.
The room set up and beach view was great! It was comfortable. There was a very homey feel. The view of the beach was great from almost everywhere in the room. The bathrooms were a good size as well. nothing felt cramped.
I really only have one complaint about our stay. There were live German roaches. There were multiple sightings throughout our one day stay. In multiple rooms as well.

Well, the king size bed was fairly comfortable, the sheets were very scratchy, Old even had a small tear. I have to say that was one area that I was definitely disappointed
The sheets were old and scratchy. I think they should put some money into buying new sheets. Mine were very old and even had a small tear in one side.
Very nice stay, we stay at this hotel every year for our summer vacation and we look forward to it each year.
