Pros:

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views and very spacious rooms.
Pros:

The view is gorgeous and the price for the large room was amazing

The vending machines were out on all floors.

Pros:

Right on the beach and only 1 mile from Flagler Ave. Room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. Bedroom separate from sitting area and kitchenette. Spacious bathroom. Well equipped workout area.

Cons:

Kitchenette had no plates, glasses or utensils. No toaster. Coffee maker required special single pack combo coffee/filter/

Excellent - very good location, comfy unit.
Pros:

Arrived on Tuesday for a 3-day stay, booked a suite that had 2 double beds, on the 4th floor. Had an initial issue with the balcony door that was quickly resolved by Frank, the maintenance man. Thank you Frank! The unit was very roomy and well-laid out. Also, it was spotless. The view was everything we had hoped for! Happy with the location too. Walkable to Flagler Ave. Got to see a nighttime space satellite launch; that was the coolest thing. I would not hesitate to return to this property. Only negative is the $25/nt parking fee. That seemed excessive.

Pros:

The view from our room was amazing! You cannot beat the location: beach, Publix, Walgreens, Flagler Ave., restaurants were walking distance. BONUS: We were able to watch the rocket launch from the beach.

Cons:

WiFi was down for almost a day. Large pipes on beach and building next door were eyesores. Cockroach-type bugs in our bathroom. Most of these issues were out of the control of Best Western.

The living space was nice and comfy. I expected a stove with what the kitchen offered. The view was awesome! The staff was amazing, they were per friendly so I traveled with my pet. The breakfast was delicious! The room had a small musty smell but I had an air diffuser and that worked. I stayed for 4 days and the only issue I had was on my last night I woke up to a huge Cock roach crawling on my face! I was so terrified after that I didn’t go back to sleep. Told the young lady at the front desk and she said it was native to Florida it lived in the palm trees. She apologized but that didn’t make me feel better! I didn’t see any other creepy crawlers my entire stay so I was terrified about that. The price was great customer service excellent!
