C’est un vieux hôtel Mercure, nous sommes loin des mercures modernes… 3 ascenseurs pour monter/descendre avec votre valise, 10mn le matin. La chambre est vieillotte. ça suffit pour dormir mais est-ce suffisant pour un mercure à la défense…

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end, staff very friendly and surprising us with personalised letter because we told them was our first time, nice and clean, nice view to the most wanted attractions in Paris, the Eiffel tower. Everything perfect we will definitely come back and to the same hotel. Nice and Everything what you want to have on holiday.

Le rapport qualité prix. La gentillesse d’un monsieur qui nous a accueilli qui a pris le temps pour nous expliquer ce que l’on devait savoir, et nous conseiller sur le trajet.

Cons:

Il est dommage qu’il y a pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Check out peu froid sans demander si ça a été ou non juste un "au revoir".

Cons:

Pas d'eau a boire. Tres derangeant d'aller chez de l'eau a boire plusieurs etages plus bas. Meme pour reseau ecologique, la sante devrait prendre le dessus
