La recepție au taxe diferite am închiriat două camere pe unu mi s-a blocat 100€ care nu-ți spune nimeni când ții deblochează și pe a doua camera un alt recepționist mi-a pus o taxă de sejur de 36€ chear dacă eu deja plătisem taxa de sejur pe booking

Chambre très bien insonorisée. très bonne climatisation réglable individuellement . Bonne literie. Spacieuse. Grande douche . Le petit déjeuner le matin propose un très grand choix.

Personnel très agréable et souriant mais lent

Cons:

Le manque de staff, la lenteur du check in. Nous etions dans la chambre 566, il n'y avait presque pas de pression. Nous avaons retrouver des cafards dans la chambre j'avais réservé une chambre avec un lit queensiz ils m'ont donné une chambre avec deux livres doubles mises ensemble donc avec la raie au milieu

THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WALKED IN ON ME NAKED. THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOCK. WHEN I WENT TO RECEPTION TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS TO MAMADOU, THEY DIDN’T TAKE ANYTHING SERIOUSLY. WHATS WORSE IS THAT THEY MADE ME PAY A DEPOSIT ON ARRIVAL OF £150 AND THEY ONLY REFUNDED £43 OF IT. GETTING THROUGH TO THE HOTEL HAS BEEN A LOT OF EFFORT AS THEY JUST DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. IF THE STAFF SEE THIS, I NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHY MY REFUND HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED PROPERLY
