Bien mais mal dormi.
Pros:

On a beaucoup aimé l’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel, hormis le personnel du ménage, qui n’était pas du tout aimable et souriant.
Les chambres sont entièrement rénovés : c’est très appréciable.
L’hôtel est très propre, très agréable, calme et très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et complet.

Cons:

Les climatiseurs dans les chambres qui ne sont pas du tout fonctionnel : très mal dormi (un comble pour un hôtel) durant les 2 nuits réservées, en raison d’une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas conformément aux réglages du thermostat. En effet, nous étions 6 et avons occupé 3 chambres. Le problème de la chaleur la nuit dans la chambre a été commun et partagé par chacun d’entre nous, avec une température pourtant réglée à 16 degrés (le minimum possible sur le thermostat). Ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit n’était naturellement pas possible en raison du bruit dans la rue.
