Large rooms, friendly helpful staff . Nice to chill by the pool and great buffet breakfast. Our flight wasnt till the evening and they let us store our stuff and hang out at the hotel which was amazing.

I liked how the Hotel was close and central to lots of places we needed to go and places we liked to go and explore. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
What we didn't like were the pillows because they were hard and not very soft, that's the only complaint I would say that I have. Other than that we like the place and will come back again!
Un hotel algo antiguo pero bien remodelado y mantenido, con una excelente piscina muy limpia, personal agradable, buen bar y buena ubicación. Si algún día volvemos a Cancun nos volveremos a quedar allá seguro!

Estaba super cerca de la parada del transporte público y cerca también del terminal de buses ADO. Las instalaciones eran muy cómodas al igual que las piscinas.
El Shampoo y acondicionador del baño no eran de mala calidad, pero en la farmacia encuentras unos a muy buen precio, y es algo fácilmente solucionable.
Y la mayoría de los tour no te iban a buscar al hotel, por lo que había que acercarse a otro lugar.

Central location near Ado station. It's was easy to go to Cancun's beaches using Uber, while staying far from the touristy and noisy aeria. The hotel is very clean and has a nice swimming pool with loads of chairs. Great breakfast. There is also a Soriana supermarket at a walking distance.
It would have been great to have a mini-fridge in the room.
