La limpieza y la atención del personal. La piscina impecable. El resto-bar de la piscina muy bueno y a precios normales. Muy buen desayuno y parking gratuito.
Podría ser que entraba luz y el ruido de los aires acondicionados pero no fue importante para mí
Vanaf het hotel kun je Cancun goed ontdekken. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en de kamer is schoon.
Heel vroeg in de ochtend beginnen de medewerkers hard te praten door de gangen waardoor wij vroeg gewekt werden. Daarnaast is het hotel relatief groot waardoor het niet heel persoonlijk voelt, maar dat was voor ons niet erg.
Mooie ruime kamers goede bedden en kussens, Heerlijk zwembad met genoeg ligbedden gratis koffie en water en een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet! Bewaakte parkeerplaats achter het hotel binnendoor te bereiken.
Op sommige plekken hangt een grondlucht vooral bij de begane grond als je naar de bewaakte parkeerplaats loopt achter het hotel.

Very good that there are steps into the pool (not just the normal ladders), but lack of a handrail at waist height beside the steps renders the steps useless. Installing a handrail at waist height would be a simple solution, and would make this hotel uniquely outstanding, especially for seniors.

Todo me gusto, los espacios son bonitos y tranquilos y el desayuno tipo buffet era super variado. Adicionalmente también ofrecen otros servicios de comida y bebidas muy ricos para el almuerzo y cena.

La zona común y la piscina deliciosa y la ubicación es central, me gustó mucho la opción de transporte a la playa gratuito, un plus muy bueno del hotel, lo recomiendo muy seguro y tranquilo para hospedarse.
