Très bel hôtel, propre, avec un bon emplacement, proche de la gare ADO. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La navette gratuite pour la plage est très appréciable, tout comme le café et l’eau à volonté. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est toujours le même et manque de variété

Pros:

Hotel excelente relacion precio caliddad. Comodo. Limpio. Con una piscina limpia, bonita. No esta en la zona hotelera, pero en cancun todo queda relativamente cerca en bus, uber, etc. Buen desayuno bufet. Buen WIFI. Reservamos inicialmente por 3 noches para probar (como solemos hacerlo para no amarrarnos inmediatamente con un alojamiento) y decidimos extenderlo por 5 noches mas.

Cons:

Seria muy bueno que las habitaciones contaran con frigobar para guardar bebidas u otras cosas que uno compra y mantenerlas heladas y en buen estado. El resto todo bien.

Very good stay at Adhara Hacienda
Pros:

Really nice hotel to stay in Cancún. It’s quite close to the centre (walking distance to Parque de las Palapas) and the hotel organises a shuttle bus to the beach.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The hotel has a great swimming pool with beautiful greenery around it. We loved its Mexican style as well.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Cons:

The bathrooms could be refurbished and they are quite run-down.
In our room there was water leaking from the toilet onto the floor. We reported it to the reception.
Other than that, we had a very good stay.

Desayuno muy rico y bastante variedad, la piscina excelente, habitaciones muy cómodas, ubicación muy accesible a todas las zonas, personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Nos quedamos sin luz en la habitación en 2 ocasiones durante la estancia. Sin embargo el personal resuelve a toda hora.
