Aufgrund einer Flugstornierung brauchten wir kurzfristig noch ein Hotel für eine Nacht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal war dazu sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer roch nicht besonders angenehm und das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig. Große Auswahl aber leider qualitativ nicht sehr überzeugend. Aber für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung.
Café da manhã maravilhoso atendimento da recepção muito bom e atenciosos. Estão de parabéns a toda equipe.

Location is very close to ADO bus station.
We planned to spend 1 night in this hotel, but ended up spending 4 nights using it as a base to visit Cozumel, isla Mujeras etc
The property was very well maintained, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, and great water pressure from the shower. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices. The location is within walking distance of numerous places for dinner.
This was our second stay at the property. Our first stay two weeks previous was very peaceful and pleasant which is why we booked a second stay before flying home. Upon arrival, we checked into our room and realized it did not have a balcony that was requested upon booking. Rather disappointing as we like to sit and have our morning coffee out on a balcony. I went to the front desk and was told they were completely full and to check back at 10:00 in the morning. At 10:00 I was told to come back at 3:00 to see if they had a different room available. We opted not to repack our luggage and change rooms, as we had only one more day. So more of a disappointment than a dislike.
Accomodation was really clean, staff is kind and helpful. We enjoyed delicious breakfast. Location is great - so close to main ado bus station, city centre, restaurants and easy to get to playas. Full coverage internet. ☺️amazing and worth every penny.

Zimmerservice einmal hatten wir Handtücher mal nicht oder nicht genügend. Sehr unzuverlässig. Drinks an der Bar waren nicht besonders.

Su ubicación es buena, sería perfecta si estuviera más cerca de la Zona hotelera o de alguna playa, o si las calles q están a su alrededor estuvieran más iluminadas de noche.
