After the check-in, everything was ok.

Cons:

​I arrived at the property at 11:30 AM. While I am aware that your standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00), I was repeatedly told throughout the afternoon that my room was "not ready yet," or that I could pay an additional fee for an early check-in. Offering a paid early check-in while continuously claiming the room is uncleaned/unavailable creates an extremely frustrating and misleading experience.

​More importantly, when 3:00 PM arrived—the official check-in time—my room was still not ready.

​To make matters worse, when I was finally assigned a room after 3:00 PM, I walked into a room prepared for a completely different guest. The welcome card in the room was addressed to another gentleman, raising serious concerns about your front desk management, guest allocation accuracy, and overall attention to detail.

​Waiting over three and a half hours only to be given an incorrectly assigned room past the guaranteed check-in time falls far below the standard of service I expected from your hotel.

Alles ok für uns zwei.
Pros:

- Super Lage
- Parkhaus verfügbar, fand es auch nicht so eng wie viele schreiben
- Personal hat auch sofort reagiert, als wir dieses auf den Saftautomaten und den Kaffeevollautomat aufmerksam gemacht haben
- Frühstück eine super Auswahl, Omelett war sehr sehr lecker

Cons:

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche war nicht mehr perfekt, hat etwas am Ansatz herausgespritzt.
Keine Möglichkeit Fenster zu öffnen in Etage 2, da unmittelbar davor ein Vordach war.

Prima hotel voor verkenning van Leipzig
Pros:

Centrale ligging tussen station en centrum, schone kamer met fijn bed. Heerlijk ruim ontbijt met veel verse produkten. Parkeergarage onder het hotel.

Cons:

Douchen in smalle badkuip.
Ontbijtzaal is druk en heel rumoerig (servies wordt achter een schotje verwerkt).
