Good staff and management
Staff was not helpful. Internet does not work on all devices (echo-show). Bathroom sink and tub were backed up with water sitting in sink and tub while in use. Toilet seat was about to slide off the toilet while sitting. Room phone did not work. Not a good experience at all. For what we paid for the room, it was way overpriced!! 😕👎
Staff was amazing during check in and check out. Room was comfortable and at an ideal temp when entering.
The room seemed clean, dirty carpet, mold that had been sprayed and turned pink on the walls under bathroom sink. I paid for 2 queen beds but was given 2 full in a handicapped room.

Nothing to dislike about our stay. If there was any, staff responded promptly. The only thing is the electrical outlets, plugs are worn out so had to watch to make sure our electronics were charging
The initial room given to me was already occupied. I advised the front staff and she quickly placed me in another room. The patron in the room was recently moved that room due to a problem with his initial room. However the status of the room had not been updated before my arrival. But young lady promptly took care of me.

Everything about the hotel was fine. The problem was that housekeeping never came and cleaned our room. We were there for five nights. We had to ask for towels on three different occasions we had to ask for trash bags on three different occasions as well. They never even came to collect the trash, even though I brought it to their attention and they said they would
This property is a scam
First floor room for a handicapped person. Pool hours. Breakfast was very good.
Mattress was too soft. Had to go back to the desk to be assigned to another room because our room had not been cleaned. Was not told of an tv outage at check in.
Room could use upgrades and a deep clean, walls need to be repainted. Staff
Staff was great but room was dirty scuffed. Pillow cases had dirt marks on them. Very loud. Bed mattress was uneven. Couldn’t even sleep. Paid for two nights only stayed one and booked somewhere else for my second night
We stayed two nights. Housekeeping walked in with her key while we were still sleeping asking us do we need anything. That’s not what she was suppose to do. Didn’t feel safe at All.
