He was the one that checked us in on Sat. Think they should have offered us a different room. Sorry
Pros:

The new interior upgrades were very nice. Food & drinks were fine.

Cons:

We never complain, but the toilet was running when we walked into our room (131). my husband went to the front desk to let them know & was told maintenance would come as soon as possible. They did but had to go get tools/parts. We went to happy hour at the bar so they could work on it. About an hour later, we went back due to having to get ready to go to my husband's 50th class reunion. It still wasn't fixed. We were told the maintenance workers would be back shortly. They did come & stopped the toilet from running constantly but it still ran off & on, very annoying. It kept waking up us after we went to bed. Also, the temp in the room was 64 degrees, way too cold. We changed the thermostat to 77 and opened the sliding glass door to get some warmth into the room. Well, there was a wedding to take place at 5pm but they were all taking pictures before & was using our patio to sit in and to drop things off since it was right by the side door. So much for booking the walk-out with a patio. I know you can't control what people do, but you would think if they saw people in the room with the door open, they would know to move somewhere else. When we came home from the reunion about 10;30-11:00, with the room being so cold, there was condensation on the patio door & the countertop under the TV was totally wet on top. Our sheets were damp, our clothes in the suitcases were damp, etc. Need better HVAC ventilation & fan in the bathroom to help with this. Then, not sure what time, but people were talking, very loudly in the hallway or in the open area by our door which woke us up besides the toilet running. You book a room online for the bed size, the river view, & the patio, but you are not sure where your room will be located. We run our own remodeling business so for us to get to spend a night at a hotel is very special.

I would stay there again if in South Sioux City.
Pros:

Very clean, well presented room and building. Parking was great, and overall a very nice hotel.

Great place and would stay here again!
Pros:

The pool was wonderful! Chophouse had wonderful food! Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Cons:

The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. Asked for some at the front desk and they gave me some small bottles. Elevators are tiny ha ha.

I enjoyed my stay very much and would stay there again if I was in the area.
Pros:

We enjoyed the Sunday buffet Ivery much. The food was excellent and so much to choose from! It was wonderful. We also had a nice view of the river while we ate
The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable.
I really liked the walk in shower. Very nice place to stay.

Cons:

The front desk check in guy was a little hard to understand. I had trouble understanding how to get to my room.

Typical hotel where stay does not care.
Pros:

The room was decent. Well appointed.

Cons:

Staff double charged me and then claimed I messed up and it was my fault. Took a week after I left to resolve payment issues. Paid extra for a river view room. Trees were blocking entire view could maybe see 10ft out the window.

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We stayed in the hot tub suite and it’s beautiful, it’s just the hot tub jets were dirty, the toilet didn’t flush well and there were a couple spots in the bed room on the floor that had water coming up from under the tile. We let the front desk know.

Cons:

They need to deep clean the jets of the hot tub much better.
