I love the staff and there attentiveness. The location is great. The rooms are spacious and cozy.

I travel from California and sometime I just don't make it to the check in at 3pm and I've never had a problem checking in late and my room not being available but this time around I checked in late and I was taken back that my rooms had been given to someone else and that all that was left was King size beds when I had reserved for 2 Beds. I travel from afar and I want to be comfortable and relaxed. My family and myself had to sleep all together in one bed. Yes the next day they accommodated me to the rooms I had reserved too.

No teníais agua caliente y la habitación que nos dieron ; no tenía lo indispensable, no servía el teléfono, no tenía puerta el baño y se salió toda el agua de la regadera.
