Cons:

How I was treathed a woman alone. You robed me, stolen things. I bought haircreme and a black dress. It was payed. I was in a gouvernment protecttion program. You put me out and I slept sick on the beach. You will get a black label. I spoke with the director. Let him call me tomorrow to try to solve things. I am a good person, this was horrible.

Breakfast is very good and location is cool. Overall good interior.

Cons:

The AC was directed right at bed. Hotel was full and we were not offered any other room. Handling of the situation could have ben better. The first person was very un-attentive, but then it escalated and manager sorted it out. We got offered a free breakfast which was ok solution. The room was also facing construction site. SPA was mediocre - my wife had problems with product used for facial. Also there are queues -- the hotel is understaffed.

Lamentablemente sufrí un hurto en la habitación, me falto dinero de mi pantalón cuando hicieron la habitación y también unos anteojos de lectura. Hice el reclamo correspondiente, llenando unas planillas con el gerente y no tuve respuesta alguna de ningún tipo, mande mails, escribí en IG con el descargo presentado y jamás me contestaron. Espero una respuesta
