Absolutamente perfeito. Tudo de excelente qualidade e muita variedade. E a nossa atendende, Senhorita Edna, foi de uma delicadeza e presteza sem igual. Parabéns para ela e para toda Equipe do Café da Manhã. E a atenção do maître do salão de café, que nos ofertou espumante bem geladinho, abrindo a garrafa na nossa mesa. Um show.

Cons:

Não há nada a reparar. Tudo excelente. Da qualidade e variedade de opções dos alimentos, até o atendimento dos funcionários foi uma experdência maravilhosa.

Significantly overpriced for what it offers. Still an okay place to stay.
Pros:

I was charged almost $9k for six nights, which is obviously a fair amount of money given it was over the New Year. When you compare it to what was offered in terms of the room and the facilities, it was severely overpriced and overvalued, especially in terms of the service. Service was extremely poor. The staff were not rude per se, but they were definitely slow… to the point where you thought they almost forgot about you.

Cons:

Quite a few things to be honest but I only compare it to the $9,000 price and what I got in return. Overall it was okay but it was not worth $9,000 for six nights. It was severely overpriced for what it was. For that type of money I was expecting an outstanding breakfast and it was mediocre at best, along with great service and a really nice room. All I got ready was sub-par.

Pros:

I booked this hotel as a gift for my brother and his partner, and the staff were simply amazing. They helped me organize everything, were easy to reach, and always quick to respond. They even allowed an early check-in. They absolutely loved it.

On n’arrive toujours pas à croire qu’on parle d’un Fairmont.

Cons:

Tout ! Le premier soir nous avons du changer de chambre (suite) à 22H après une longue journée de voyage parce que le lit puait la pisse !! Et je ne parle pas d’une petite odeur. C’est toute la chambre qui était infestée par l’odeur. Le deuxième jour, toilette bouchée après le passage d’un enfant de 6 ans. Deux jours de suite ménage qu’après relance à 16H. Tapisserie et tête de lits sales (des tâches partout). Bref terriblement déçus. Nous étions censés y passer 8 nuits. Nous avons fui après les 4 premières. Seul point positif: conciergerie professionnelle.

The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view and convenient access to Copacabana beach. Some staff members were polite and tried to be helpful despite the overall situation.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a Fairmont property. There were several service failures during my stay, including issues with room readiness, delayed responses from staff, and a general lack of attention to guest concerns. These problems caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Management later acknowledged the issues by email, confirming that the service provided was below expectations.

Dream Vacation
Pros:

Number 1 is the service! We have booked an ocean view room with access to Fairmont Gold lounge and we’re upgraded to junior suite. Stunning views from balcony!
I would like to point out Lucas and Thiago from Fairmont Gold Lounge! Those guys made me and my wife feel really special! It is a privilege for Fairmont to have them in the Team! Big Thank You!
