Pros:

Le petit déjeuner en gratuit (compris dans le tarif de la chambre). L’hôtel est beau et très identique aux appartements à San Francisco.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas des plus accueillants. Semple peu patient. Très petite salle de bain.

Super für den Städtetrip
Pros:

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Man konnte sich den ganzen Tag über Kaffee und Wasser holen. Das Frühstück war auch absolut ausreichend.
Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zur Stadterkundung!

For the price - OK. But certain people like me would have problems with basic things.
Pros:

Price. If you looking for non pricey options- thats the choise if you can live with all other things.

Cons:

Idk. Seems like front desk person who checked us looked like dont like to work there. Check out was fast and another person were kinda better. Location is right by union square but there is ALOT signs of bad area. Rooms are small, matresses and bed are old as this building, if you have health problems with your back, i wouldnt recommend sleep on it. Im 6.6 tall and taking shower/restroom or washing face in sink was ridiculously unreliable hard. Bathroom is small, and if you are tall/or just a big person like me that would be a big adventure to do. When we firstly entered the room we discovered a plastic bag with trash inside under our bed, seems like housekeeping person left it there. No AC, but you wouldnt need it as there is big window. If its too hot, there is a radiator which MELTING with the temperature of boiling, and you cant regulate it. Parking stated as available, but in reality you need to pay over $50 for valet, who will bring your car for garaged parking somewhere you wouldnt know, but valet person was probably nicest of interaction staff.

The room had almost no light (two small windows looking inside some shaft between buildings and was dirty - there were pieces of food on the floor, hair and dust in the corners and the sheet covering the lower part of the mattress was stained. They were unable to provide another room or cleaning immediately. We decided to cancel the reservation and go to another hotel and even though the reception confirmed they would refund us fully we proceeded to have a week long issue with them about this through Booking. I was assured several times they have processed the refund but booking was telling me otherwise. We still have not resolved this. Horrible experience, definitely do not recommend.
