Die Parkplatzsituation war eine Katastrophe. Obwohl ich mich im Voraus nach den Zimmern erkundigt hatte, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmer waren stark veraltet, viel zu eng und äußerst unbequem. Im Badezimmer konnte man sich aufgrund der beengten Platzverhältnisse kaum bewegen.

Da ich die vier Zimmer bereits mehrere Monate im Voraus gebucht hatte, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, warum wir nicht in den renovierten und modernisierten Zimmern untergebracht wurden.

Als Entgegenkommen hätte ich zumindest einen Preisnachlass erwartet. Leider wurde uns jedoch keinerlei Entschädigung angeboten. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr unzufrieden und hätten uns sowohl eine bessere Unterbringung als auch mehr Kundenorientierung gewünscht.

Room 408 was small, no besides, safe was locked upon arrival, smoke detector would go off from shower steam, asked for extra blankets and was given sheets or throws instead, bathroom was in desperate need of retiling, mould on bathroom ceiling. Bathroom door shields little noise when using the toilet, frosted glass gives minimal privacy.

Okay if you need to stay in the area. Everything is walkable from here, location good at daytime but at night you will walk 2 blocks and it filled with homeless people.

Cons:

Staff is uninterested. Room cards stopped working, they are not surprised about it. No answer after sending messages after visiting. On email and booking. Breakfast is bad.

The reception staff were non engaging and not at all interested in their clients. It was a bonus to have a complimentary beverage per person. However the restaurant staff were the drinks were poured immediately requested us to go to the foyer which wasn't a comfortable area to enjoy the drink.

Die Lage, man ist sehr schnell am Union Sqaure, Cabel Car Station 7 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, Bus und Bart ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse außergewöhnich. Ordentliches Geschirr, Besteck. Sehr guter Kaffee, frisches Obst Eier, Joghurt, Käse sowie Marmelade...

Die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Betten waren aber bequem und es war alles sauber
