Pros:

Wonderful place. It was our second visit

Cons:

We were given horrible room with street view and street noise. After asking to change the room, we were told that only next day we can move. One day/night was lost with no refund

Pros:

les chambres magnifiques et le personnel très sympathique

Cons:

pas de transat (5) payants et à la piscine c’est la galère pour avoir un transat
les gens doivent se lever à 6 heures pour réserver la place !!! nous devions aller à 100 mètres pour trouver des transats sur la plage ! c’est quand même un enfer
le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur

A very nice hotel with great staff and a good location in Kamala.
Pros:

The staff is very nice, the hotel is beautiful, and the beach is very close as well. The breakfast is okay. You can ask for a salad that isn't on the menu, and they will make it for you. The location is good if you're looking for a quiet one, but still within walking distance from restaurants and stores. There is an elevator to the room's floor, and the hotel is fully accessible to people with disabilities.

Cons:

The only thing we can remark on is that, for that price and this kind of hotel, you can expect to get shampoo in the shower, not cheap, bad-smelling hand soap.

It was so nice here
Pros:

We got a wonderful upgrade to a 200 sqm seaview suite, without asking anything! This was so amazing, the bedroom with a panorama view on the sea and the swimming pool, only just the kitchen felt like a cathedral!

Cons:

Breakfast could use some soup options, but maybe we just didn't ask for it. The choice was a bit limited but everything was fresh, including the pastries and croissants (not the frozen junk that they serve nearly everywhere).
Check out felt really cold unfortunately, they didn't even ask us how our stay was or if we'd like to come again.. we'd like to actually!!
