Parfait pour un roadtrip
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Parfait lors de notre première étape en roadtrip. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lit King size vu la taille de la chambre mais nous étions informés.

The property looked nice from the outside but didn’t meet expectations once you were inside.
Pros:

The location was close to restaurants.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, so it would fill up after the water was on for more than 3 seconds. Someone should have noticed this and addressed the problem, so it wasn’t gross to shave in the morning or wash your hands.

Super clean, quiet, spacious room.

Cons:

At checkout time exactly door cards quit working and locked us out while loading the car. Inconvenient for sure but from the front desk got us back in for the last bags.

Pros:

We usually stay here. It is usually comfortable and welcoming. Instead, they gave our reservation away, and tried to put us in 2 separate single rooms on 2 different floors. The front desk worker had no idea what she was doing. Was not helpful or friendly. We arrived on time, checked the reservation the day before arrival, and were expecting to arrive with the room we booked ready for us but that was not the case.

I would give your hotel a 6 out of 10, some improvements need to happen.
Pros:

The breakfast was just okay but the location was great for our needs. We traveled with a dog and the hotel was very receptive to our fur baby.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay but not great. Most of the hot food was only warm. We stayed 6 nights and in that time the hot tub, the front computer, and the elevator all broke down for a period of time.
