Pros:

We usually stay here. It is usually comfortable and welcoming. Instead, they gave our reservation away, and tried to put us in 2 separate single rooms on 2 different floors. The front desk worker had no idea what she was doing. Was not helpful or friendly. We arrived on time, checked the reservation the day before arrival, and were expecting to arrive with the room we booked ready for us but that was not the case.

I would give your hotel a 6 out of 10, some improvements need to happen.
Pros:

The breakfast was just okay but the location was great for our needs. We traveled with a dog and the hotel was very receptive to our fur baby.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay but not great. Most of the hot food was only warm. We stayed 6 nights and in that time the hot tub, the front computer, and the elevator all broke down for a period of time.

Cons:

I asked for accommodations and they gave my room to someone else as me and my husband was handicap and we asked for one with the walk in shower when I booked the room twice I put it in there.

Good stay -- helpful staff. Good friendly stay is important to older travelers.
Pros:

Coffee from dispensing was "too cool". I had to give the coffee 30 seconds in the microwave to make it good.

Cons:

Warmer coffees.

Over all the room was clean and just as the pictures showed.

Cons:

We went down to the pool to let the kids swim and within 5-10 minutes my daughter was covered in hives. It could have just been something with her but I am not sure if the pool chemicals or something was off or too high I notified the front desk staff and they said they would look into it so I’m not sure if anything was ever done about it or not? We’ve never had this issue at any other pool before.
