Nice management, good attempt, but quality really doesn't match the price.

Cons:

The miniapartment is in the neighborhood of Yeditepe University, where I had to go for work. However, it is some distance from the university, up a rather steep hill road. There are cheaper stays much nearer to the University where my colleagues went (Marriott Inn for instance). The water was lukewarm, not hot enough for a comfortable shower: this was brought to the attention of the management on the first day, nothing happened. There is no microwave, as per description on Booking.com: no surprise there, but it is a useful appliance, it would have been good to have it. The windows (facing on a rather drab side alley) were very dirty.

I had a very good stay overall and ended up staying here for two weeks.

One thing I really appreciated was how responsive and friendly the host was. Whenever I had a question or request, I received a quick reply and support. For example, the mattress was not very comfortable at first, but after I mentioned it, it was replaced, which significantly improved my stay.

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt at home during my time there.

There are a few things future guests should be aware of. The kitchenette was quite basic and sparsely equipped. There were only limited kitchen utensils, no sponge, and no stove, so cooking was not really possible.

Another point is the location. The apartment is situated directly on a main road, and there is traffic throughout the night, sometimes until around 3 a.m. Guests who are sensitive to noise may want to keep this in mind.

Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay very much. The excellent communication from the host, the quick resolution of issues, and the overall quality of the apartment made for a very pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again.

The team was very helpful, they provided water, yes coffee even when it wasn't their policy. We requested for keeping out luggage till even and they get very helpful. Late check out was also offered. Very comfortable stay, felt like home. Thank you

Es war wirklich sehr schön.
Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Alles war sehr sauber, und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich.
Besonders gefallen hat mir die Terrasse mit ihrem wunderschönen Ausblick – sehr angenehm und entspannend.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig und zugleich lebendig, mit Cafés, Restaurants und allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe.
Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft aus meiner Sicht sehr gut und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
