Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und der Aufenthalt war ru
Pros:

Es war wirklich sehr schön.
Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Alles war sehr sauber, und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich.
Besonders gefallen hat mir die Terrasse mit ihrem wunderschönen Ausblick – sehr angenehm und entspannend.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig und zugleich lebendig, mit Cafés, Restaurants und allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe.
Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft aus meiner Sicht sehr gut und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

The Worst and Weirdest experience!

1)It is not a hotel. More like a Airbnb like operated apartments; no reception or such and you enter with some passwords to the building and then find your keycard of your apartment.
2) Before checking in you receive some “instructions “ by WhatsApp like entering the apartment, we have to put on “galosh” and use slippers in the room “all times”. Although Instructions and signs in the room says Smoking is the biggest sin and danger, the ashtray in the balcony was full of cigarette butts.
3) The instructions says there won’t be any cleaning or changing of sheets for stays less than a week. So we didn’t have this service at all during our 5 days of stay.
4) There was a small bottle with a label on it “shampoo and soap” 1/3 full of 50ml . That was the one given to us for all those days. Also 2 rolls of toilet paper. We need to supply ourselves as none were enough.
5) Entering the room we saw that TV is not working and the taps of sink in bathroom were not operational. Both are corrected next day upon our complaint.
6) At check out, another set of instructions received; the most weird one being to collect our garbage and throw to the bins at the street. Never experienced such a think in my life and asked them (bu WhatsApp of course) whether we are asked to mob the floors also. The answer was “no. Only take out the garbage”. They said you didn’t reserve for a five star hotel…

This is a very comfortable and spacious hotel.
Pros:

I have to say that the experience of staying in this hotel was far beyond my expectations, especially the spacious room and the warm and friendly attitude of the staff.
When I left in a hurry, I left my headphones in the room. The staff immediately reminded me after finding it, and even asked his friend to help me bring the headphones back to the UK from Turkey for free!!!
This is my first time to Turkey, but the friendly help I received from the local residents during the trip made me full of gratitude for this country！

Comfortable stay and friendly staff
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and the facilities were great! Although this part of Istanbul is already pretty quiet at night, the rooms are sound proof so that you're not bothered by any traffic noise. Staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying in Istanbul!
