Agréable, luxueux mais avec un environnement externe un peu moins agréable.
Pros:

Le chic de l’hôtel, le confort des lits, la piscine sur le toit et la salle de sport.

Cons:

L’ambiance autour de l’hôtel avec beaucoup de personnes sans abris et le bruit des tramways (jusque tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin) que nous entendions depuis la chambre.

This property is beautiful, unique, and had the most wonderfully friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Amber at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay special. We arrived quite early in the morning before check-in, but she ensured we could utilize the spa to get ready before tea, hold our bags, and get us into our room as early as possible. She sent a very thoughtful gift of specialty lemonade to our room and made sure the charcuterie we ordered made it up in time for our outing the next day. She truly helped make our friend's bachelorette weekend stay special.

Cons:

The tea experience was very special and a wonderful treat for a special occasion. However, service was a little slow. We recognize it is not supposed to be a rushed service, but it did last longer than we expected. Service at brunch was a little slow as well but very nice. The pool bartender was a little pushy with selling daybed and upgrades after we stated we had many plans and did not wish for a daybed.

Schönes Ambiente kombiniert mit top Lage
Pros:

Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage: man kommt zu Fuß schnell zur Harbour, ins Gaslamp Quarter oder Little Italy. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Der verlegte Teppichboden im Bad ist vielleicht etwas ungewöhnlich
