La vista
No pudimos hospedarnos en el hotel porque hubo un problema con la habitación que había reservado y nos pasaron al hotel de al lado
La vista del hotel
Nada, todo estuvo bien
The room was clean & comfortable
There was no reservation on the system when we arrived & we didn’t receive a warm welcome. They eventually found the booking. After a long flight this is not what we wanted. There was a fire evacuation in the middle of the night, which turned out to be a false alarm from another guest. There was no apology or care from the hotel. Finally our room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days & I had to request clean towels.
First of all, let me say this: You're making the biggest mistake of your life by coming here. After a long journey, we went to the hotel to check in. I gave my name and they said they'd wait for me. They said there was a computer issue and needed to fix it. So I waited. At least 10 other people had checked in after me. After keeping me waiting for about an hour, they told me my reservation was canceled, there were no rooms available, and I needed to find another hotel. And this was at 11:00 PM. I consider this DISCRIMINATION. If the system wasn't working, how could they give rooms to those who arrived after me? The staff were so arrogant, they didn't even show the slightest concern. They lied to my face and offered no help or apology.
The city view was beautiful.
They could have provided us with atleast some complimentary waters in the rooms. We paid $1200!
Piękny widok na manhattan z okna, ale trzeba wziazc pokoj z widokiem na manhattan, min 7 pietro
kosztowna podróż na manhattan jesli wybierzesz prom, 10 usd osoba/przejazd
The location is perfect the room was pretty too
The bed was not comfortable at all and we were told we could go outside to look at the view but when we tried to go was told we needed to eat there
Breakfast and location were great
Not allowing guest to go out on the rooftop unless you ate at the restaurant and should inform guest ahead of time about the security deposit of $150 per night.
A hotel-wide fire alarm at a luxury hotel at 3 AM for a guest who set off their smoke alarm likely from smoking in their room seems much. If we weren’t staying the one night it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal. Didn’t get good sleep as construction next door started at 6-7 AM. Not a restful night.
Very friendly staff, the room was great with an amazing view of Manhattan.
Far away from Manhattan, you need to take a ferry which is not that cheap... but it does not depend on the hotel itself.
Breakfast was basic but good. Our reservation said garden view i believe but we had a view of the train. Disappointed ! Drinks in the bar are expensive. Mattress in room was awesome. Greatly appreciated that. Gentleman at front dest check in gave us no direction but an employee up on the floor took us to the correct floor. Young lady at check out was awesome. Paying to park is ridiculous considering the price of hotel and other hotel expenses.
