Séjour en famille parfait, idéalement situé et magnifiquement accueilli par Lofti

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre voyage en famille. Les chambres étaient confortables et l'établissement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Un grand merci à Lofti pour son dévouement, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Son accueil et son professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence. Nous repartons ravis de cette expérience et avec de très beaux souvenirs.

Super séjour au centre de la médina.

La prise en charge de l'aéroport retour vers l'aéroport
Le petit déjeuner
La gentillesse des personnes et Lotfi qui parle très bien français et répond à nos demandes sur mesure.
La terrasse.

Cons:

Je ne vois pas ce qu'il manque si on aime l'authenticité.

Nous recommandons vivement ce riad que nous avons adoré oour son accueil particulièrement chaleureux , son emplacement idéal et pour son cachet. Lotfi nous a donné de précieux conseils et était très professionnel et adorable.
Notre chambre etait tres confortable et bien chauffée. Nous avons bien dormi et au calme.
On s'est régalé avec un petit déjeuner copieux, frais et servi avec tellement de gentillesse. Un tout grand merci pour la disponibilité et pour s'être adapté à notre heure matinale. Encore un tout grand merci.

Merveilleux séjour chez Lotfi
Pros:

J’ai passé quatre jours à l’hôtel Lahlou et quel coup de cœur !! La terrasse qui surplombe la médina et l’entrée du souq est un endroit très agréable, idéale pour les petits déjeuners et la contemplation pendant la journée. Lotfi est un hôte exceptionnel. Le séjour a Oujda n’aurait pas eu la même saveur sans lui. Il est d’une générosité incroyable, riche en conseils et en histoires sur Oujda, la région de l’oriental et la Maroc. Je recommande chaleureusement cet hôtel pour profiter de la ville et surtout faire la connaissance de Lotfi!

Excellent city trip pour (re)découvrir Oujda.
Pros:

Tout. De l’accueil au départ. M. Lahlou est très aimable, serviable et disponible à tout moment. Nous avons aimé la qualité des matelas, le petit déjeuner royal traditionnel marocain et la propreté des chambres et de l’établissement en général. L’hôtel se trouve en pleine medina, du coup c’était pratique de se déplacer à pied. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel. Merci M. Lahlou et à Houria.

Cons:

C’est un détail mais certaines serviettes étaient un peu usées mais quand-même propres.
