Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Ik had bewust een hotel geboekt inclusief ontbijt, maar om 07.00 uur was er niemand aanwezig en was het ontbijt dus niet beschikbaar. Bij navraag werd simpelweg gezegd dat de medewerkers er nog niet waren. Dit is geen service die je mag verwachten wanneer je betaalt voor een verblijf inclusief ontbijt. Ik zou hier zeker rekening mee houden bij het boeken.
en général c'était bien, le personnel accueillant.le petit déjeuner était très sympa avec un bon service.
j'ai pas apprécié que la douche n'était pas très propre, manque les serviettes shampoing et papier toilette même pas de crochets pour accrocher les vêtements et serviettes. dans la douche pas de place pour poser savon et shampoing. j'espère qu'ils prendront ça en considération pour les prochaines fois. merci

La salle de bain n'est pas au niveau.
La lumière est faible et manquante
Chambre lugubre.
Hotel ne mérite pas ses étoiles.
Grand Appartement confortable, bon emplacements personnel agréable accueil et restaurant.
A notre arrivée pas de serviettes et l'état des draps et oreillers pose question.
Et la climatisation dans une seule chambre. Dommage car l'appartement a du potentiel. Mais je reviendrai pour voir si les commentaires sont pris en compte.
Der var så beskidt at det var direkte ubehageligt at skulle opholde sig der. Vi valgte at gå, personalet var flinke og gav os pengene retur. Intet dårligt at sige om personalet.

Cest sale , de la poussière ; draps tachés ; housse de coussin deja utilisés ; pas de poubelle ; pas de tapis de douche, moisissures partout cest tres tres tres dommage ; le petit dejeuner ; les ustensiles sont sales cest dommage

Absolutely nothing
De enorme (riool)stank in de kamers! 2 handdoeken voor 5 personen! Zelfs na verzoek konden we niet meer handdoeken krijgen.
