Pros:

The staff was incredible, I was so tired at check in and the front desk employee was so patient with me.

I had multiple interactions from the bar on Friday night (I talked to three employees and had a great time yapping while eating chips and dip) the bartenders all seemed to know their stuff.

The view of the room was amazing, we were able to watch the pride parade from our room and the river view was worth the upgrade!

Minus the slipperyness the shower was amazing. I love a rainfall showerhead and the little freehand attachment is always appreciated

Cons:

The shower was very slippery, I wish there were grab bars because as a certified klutz I can confirm anyone whose unsteady on their feet might feel like a newborn deer. Despite the hospital room curtain seperating the bathing space from the bed, Grandma might not love the reminder while fighting for her life while washing her hair.

There was a small fridge but no tiny microwave in the room to go with the dorm vibe.
