I loved the view of the beach from my window. I loved the location. I loved how friendly most of the staff were. I loved how room service came to clean daily.

Incredible sea views from both the room and the pool, with the ocean right in front of you. The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish, and the adults-only setup makes it feel calm and grown-up. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and everything felt well run. A great place to unwind in Condado. Highly recommended.

La playa en esa zona no es linda, el mar es bravo y casi no hay arena. la mayoría de la gente esta en la piscina que da al mar pero no era la idea que teníamos de estar en la playa, asi que nos fuimos caminando hacia el lado de isla verde.

To be honest, everything was excellent! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful place. It’s so quiet and peaceful — ADULTS ONLY, which was a huge plus! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and a great size. The bar was lovely, the view was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable.

We also loved having a restaurant right on-site — perfect for breakfast with a gorgeous view or a cozy dinner. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance, and both the airport and Old Town are just 15 minutes away. The infinity pool is simply outstanding!

What really stood out was the location — the hotel is right on the beach with stunning ocean views. My room was great and very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. I appreciated how easy it was to get to nearby restaurants. The hotel restaurant was fine, but I prefer exploring local island food when I travel.

Condado Ocean Club has a few things going for it: the views, the pool, and the staff. I did not have a bad time but I would not stay here again.

It's a small, boutique hotel in Condado. While there is not much in the immediate vicinity, a 10-minute walk can prove fruitful and Ubers are available within minutes. Staff is fantastic. From Andres at check-in to Alfredo (an absolute gem) and Juan (I think) on the pool deck, and everyone else we interacted with, the staff were amazing. So friendly and so helpful.

We had an ocean view room and the view was perfect. The beds were OK, not great, and had I realized they were low (I need a high bed), I would not have stayed here. Cleanliness is majorly lacking. There were hairs (not ours) in the bathroom. While I never saw a bug, there was a dead bug on the bathroom door frame. Our room never should have passed inspection. The design, while aesthetically pleasing, is not great from a functional standpoint. The shower is walk-in but the handle is under the showerhead. Also, it's a glass half-door, so water was constantly spilling into the main part of the bathroom when we showered. We went through lots of towels because of that. I was excited because the towel rack looked like a warmer as well, but alas, it was not. The only two hooks were behind the bathroom door, as was the rack, so nothing could dry. Our sink did not have a drain cover, so it was hard to wash our clothes. There was one chair for the seating area. A Curio cabinet that hosted the minibar did not close properly and a picture was hung crooked. We did appreciate double luggage racks. However, Condado Ocean Club felt cheap, and I understand that at $350/night, you are only getting a basic hotel and the bare minimum, but I was hoping for a little better.

The room was serviced once during our stay and that was a disappointment. No vacuum, no cleaning of the the bathroom/mirror, just trash removal, towel replacement, and beds made. We wanted new sheets and missed that we had to put the placard on the beds, so had to contact housekeeping to get new sheets. Elevators are small and the elevator floors were always dirty.

The pool was great. It's an infinity pool overlooking the ocean so we loved it. It was clean (we witnessed morning vacuuming/cleaning of the pool, so that was good). Water was cool so it was refreshing. The food and drink we had from the pool deck were good. However, if you are considering a day pass, don't do it. The cabanas are not worth the price. The cushions/pillows are old and dirty. There was always hair and debris on the deck, even in the cabanas, plus it is super slippery.

Ocean Club has very fun vibes. They have events at their restaurant next door, like a rum tasting, and supposedly, a DJ at the pool on weekends. And the staff is great. But I would not return.
