清潔感もあり スタッフの方の笑顔や雰囲気がとても良かったです！
この度はお世話になりました
森山直太朗さんのライブを見に札幌から来ました。
こちらのホテルで数点気になったのは
隣との壁が薄い！
声？テレビ？ 筒抜けで朝方まで隣の騒音が聞こえました
ただ単に隣がお子さんがいる家族だったみたいでお子さんが騒いでただけかもしれませんが かなり うるさかったです。
あと 部屋のスリッパが昔風の便所スリッパみたいでちょっと安っぽく感じました。
最後にベッドの枕元にコンセントがないのは不自由ですね
この3点以外は お風呂も最高でしたし
館内は清潔感あって自然に囲まれてて素晴らしいと思いました
フロントの方々のアットホーム的な接客が心地良かったです。天然温泉も最高でした。
レストランからの景色が良い
禁煙と書いてある部屋106号室がタバコ臭くて別の部屋に変えてもらった。喫煙部屋にするかクリーニングした方よいと思う。
部屋も温泉もきれいで過ごしやすかったです
ロケ-ション、温泉、全体の清潔感、スタッフの対応、、、全てが良かった!又、夕方ホテル隣の牧草地に鹿の群れがきていた。１週間旅行の最終日だったので締めとしては最高だった!
また利用したいと思います。
温泉がとっても良かった
禁煙希望のはずが喫煙になり、駐車場に面している狭い部屋だった。宿泊が少ないはずなのに変更時してもらえなかった。寝具がタバコ臭く眠れなかった。レストランも金額に合う料理ではなかった。
予約した部屋が狭かったがプラス料金で広めの部屋に交換してくれ良かった、立ち寄り湯のお客さんを10時まで入れて居るのが良くない又、料理は美味しくなかった。
競走馬が好きな方にはピッタリの宿です。近くに牧場があって、大自然を満喫できます。
襟裳岬方面に行くのなら、ちょっと休憩で立ち寄り湯もお薦めです。
お風呂、朝食とも満足でした
フロントの方がとても丁寧で、感じのいい人です。
建物もお風呂もキレイです。
朝のハーフブュッフェもとてもお腹いっぱいになって大満足です。
レンタカーや自家用車で来られる人がほとんどです。私は電車とバスで行きましたが、行きたいところへの送迎など快くしてくれました。
翌日朝一番のバスで帰るので、朝食が7時からなので食べる時間が無いと伝えると、５分早くオープンしますのでコーヒーだけでも召し上がって下さいと手配してくれました。
部屋の清潔感があってとても快適でした。
リーズナブルな価格が良かった。
温泉も快適でした。
お値ごろなのであまり期待していなかったのですが、温泉も良く、気持ちよく過ごせました。
部屋はあまり広くなく、素晴らしいとまでは言えないですが、必要なものはありました。
また、部屋が寒いからとヒーターも部屋に追加していただき有り難かったです。
清潔さと立地は、最高でした。
眺望がとても素晴らしく、温泉も大変良質でめったに長湯をしない私ですが、ゆっくり入ることができました。３回も入るくらい気に入りました。次回は母を連れて行きたいです。ありがとうございました。
