Facility did not seem to care about customers.
Pros:

Property was convenient.

Cons:

Room had dirty walls that n bathroom. Door had large gaps so did not feel secure. Window screens had holes letting in bugs.
Morning clerk did not tend to the meager continental breakfast so it was empty.
Ice machine was broken and clerk did not know where to get ice.

good stay in Rocklin
Pros:

Stay here every year when passing through on business. Courteous staff. Clean rooms. convenient to I-80. quiet. minimal continental breakfast will stay here again.

Very disappointed, could have been way better
Pros:

Very close to where I needed to be and close to restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Wasn’t told that the room isn’t serviced or cleaned until the 2nd day AND the 2nd day was Christmas and it wasn’t serviced that day because of the holiday. Needed to go and get more towels, coffee, cups etc. We should have been told upon check in. They do say it on the WIFi insert in with the room key at the very bottom. But still it should have been mentioned. That would have saved a lot of confusion! I sent an email to the acting manager regarding this, but got no response!!

It was convenient, but not very pleasant
Pros:

Very close to where I needed to be. It was quiet. The room was a sufficient.

Cons:

The rooms are not serviced until day 2 ( this was an add on to a 3 day stay.) But there was a holiday (Christmas) so the room wasn’t serviced until day 3 and nothing was said at check-in. Same room. They don’t leave enough cups or coffee for the next day.

It was adequate.
Pros:

Shame on booking.com for letting me think that the price included a free breakfast! They had free donuts! I'd like a refund from booking.com for false advertising.

Cons:

I thought the front desk employee during check-in, and the gal at checkout were helpful. The gal provided me a rag, wetted with windex, so I could clean my car windshield.
