Hotel Antin Trinité

Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. There was no small fridge and no iron in the room, which we normally expect from a hotel.

When we arrived, the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. The elevator was also out of service for maintenance during our entire stay, which was very inconvenient.

Overall, the room, facilities, and service were far below our expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

I genuinely struggle to put into words how shocking my experience was. On 30 August, I entered the lift to go to my room and became trapped. This same lift had already been broken when I checked in and had supposedly been “fixed”. I pressed the emergency alarm for around ten minutes, nobody came! I was trapped in extreme heat, hyperventilating, and having a full blown panic attack, with no idea whether anyone was coming. Eventually, another guest heard me screaming and alerted staff. Matthew at reception said he would call for help, yet showed an astonishing lack of urgency. Getting updates was so difficult that I had to contact friends abroad and ask them to call the hotel themselves to put pressure on him. At one point, while I was still trapped and screaming, Matthew returned and actually asked whether I wanted him to call for help again. The fact that this even needed to be asked was incomprehensible. After I was finally released, there was no genuine apology until I escalated through Booking.com, and no incident report was made. When I asked for the manager, Matthew told me “Quentin” would be available the following morning. I returned specifically to speak to him, only to discover Quentin was not the manager at all, but another front desk employee. After being sent through an absurd runaround, I eventually spoke to the director, Pénélope. I requested a refund. She smiled and told me this was out of the question. Her idea of a “reasonable resolution” was free breakfast and a complimentary upgrade if I booked the hotel again. The idea that I would ever voluntarily return after this experience is insulting. A lift malfunction can happen. Ignoring an emergency alarm, displaying almost no urgency while a guest is trapped and panicking, failing to properly document the incident, misleading me about management and then treating breakfast as adequate compensation is is not an accident. It is a complete failure of basic safety, professionalism and HUMAN DECENCY.

La habitación que reservé tenía dos camas una doble y una sencilla , la cama sencilla le faltaban tablas esto hacía que se cayera de la parte de los pies el colchón y en la parte de arriba había un turupe en la parte de espalda , en mal estado esa cama sencilla

L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et j'étais au 5eme étage
Douche glissante pas d'antiderappant
Serviette de toilette pas super propre
Accueil du soir moyen j'avais 2 marches à monter on ne m'a pas proposé de m'aider y compris en repartant pour sortir de l'hôtel porte lourde
Je n'ai pas compris les chaînes de télévision car certaines ne fonctionnait pas
Déçu
