This is my third time staying at this location for the holiday and I would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating. The facility was quiet, clean and comfortable. The room was big. The bathroom was clean and stocked with necessities. The housekeeping replaced my towels a day early because my kids threw them to the floor after showering. The pool was great. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

There were no complaints. This was a decent value for the holiday.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Options weren’t. No milk cartons no chocolate milk no yogurt cups. No whole milk, no regular creamer. They were all flavored. No muffins. Eggs were over cooked. Burnt…

Cons:

Staff. An evening staff was rude when we were in the lobby watching tv. She had no name tag nor did any other employee there. Maybe to be more professional they should wear one so when they are not helpful or rude we can report it. She was heavy set had long braids to her waist with pink in it. Can’t tell if she was black or Hispanic or half because her skin tone was hard to indicate. We asked for a coffee bar item she did not reply she just pointed so I say thank you she just rolled eyes and walked away. Then she kept hovering around us while we sat at a lobby table trying to clean and make weird noises as if she was frustrated we were there. Weird and very uncomfortable.

My daughter and I had an awesome time, and even though we were only there overnight, we will return!

It was very clean, the staff was very nice.

Cons:

I had to move rooms due to a water issue, and I was just tired and wanted to go to bed. The staff was very helpful though, and the move was not hard at all though.

Visiting the kids
Pros:

This hotel is clean and quiet.Most of the staff is friendly. We liked the continental breakfast and the unlimited coffee and tea bar. The room was clean and we had plenty of towel sets.

Cons:

The bed was too hard for me.
