Nette Besitzerin, jedoch ist eine Renovierung dringend notwendig!

Überall Schimmel an den Wänden und der Decke, Extrem runtergekommen, kein Fenster, man kann überall besser Putzen

Etwas abseits der Altstadt aber zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, der Raum zum See war verhältnismäßig ruhig. Mit einem Fahrer von Grab in 10min in der Altstadt.
Die Begrüßung bei Ankunft am Samstagabend war sehr unterkühlt und ich sollte Cash bezahlen, wobei die Anzahlung nicht abgezogen wurde. Hatte noch kein Bargeld und sollte am nächsten Tag zahlen. Die Mitarbeiterin am Sonntag wahr sehr freundlich und berechnete den korrekten Preis. Das Bett war bequem und groß.

Cons:

4. OG ohne Lift war für mich okay, für manch andere eventuell nicht. Es könnte allgemein etwas sauberer sein.

- The room has a good space;
- Good water pressure and hot water.

Cons:

- The room wasn’t that clean;
- The location is not too good, far from the centre, and not much restaurants close;
- The water from the sink (in the toilet) smell bed.

In general, we didn’t enjoy the accommodation, for 1 or 2 nights its ok, but for the price there’s better rooms.

Ni se parece a lo que muestran en las fotos. Para empezar la atención de la chica de la recepción es pésima, y casi nunca está.
La limpieza un desastre. No solo todo el lugar está muy sucio y desorganizado. El cuarto estaba muy sucio! Manchas amarillas en las sábanas, bed worms. Olor horrible saliendo de las cañerías cada vez que el agua drena.
No lo recomiendo!
Cambiaría mucho si le dedicas en tiempo a la limpieza y el mantenimiento de lugar.

Pros:

It was a spacious room and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It could have done with a better clean, there was cobwebs on the wall, all of the shower look like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The windows let in a lot of noise. The bed was creaky.

Cleanliness lacking
Pros:

Convenient location explore Tay Ho and not far from Old Quarter. It is affordable. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Room and overall hotel was dirty, especially the bathroom that had fuzzy mould growing in the shower, on the tap, and around the sink. Mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. All the lights were controlled by one switch and they were really overly bright white lights. Window looked directly at a wall, no natural light.
