We stayed here for a long period, and it started to feel like home. The hotel was easy to find, and communication was quick and friendly. The room is basic, but it has everything you need and is spacious. The airconditior and ceiling fan was a tonic after a long day in the heat. The caretaker is so sweet, caring, and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful neighbourhood away from the tourist noise but quickly accessible. There are lovely spots around within walking distance for delicious coffee, drinks, and views. We felt safe walking anywhere during any time of the day.
All we needed were a rack in the shower for our toiletries.

The staff
No elevator
If I could rate the staff any higher I absolutely would, the most friendly and welcoming staff who helped with our washing and gave us umbrellas when it rained. There is a washing machine and dryer you are able to use free of charge or pay a very small fee (can’t remember exact amounts) for them to do it for you. Room was amazing and rooftop was a very nice area as well.
Far away from lots of the activities and famous Hanoi attractions, which can be great as it doesn’t get too loud at night but be aware that if you want to see lots of stuff you may have to get a taxi or grab.

I loved the wall mural in my room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a kitchen and dining room downstairs to prepare food or eat take out if you didn't want to eat in your room.
There are loads of cool cafés / bars and places to eat near by.
