Pleasant quiet location and a clean, comfortable room with echos of a University Halls of residence [which it once was]. Enjoyed the sharing kitchen too. It's been a while!

Cons:

Bring your own soap and a very tight toilet location in the showeroom. The room needed airing too - a bit musty.

Given the budget, this is extremely good accommodation.
Pros:

Quite a novelty, reminded me of my old halls of residence at uni.
Nice grounds, clean, comfortable and quiet.
Great shower in recently renovated en suite.
Worked absolutely fine for a stopover in Hull.

Unfortunately, I took wanted because he had marked facilities for the disabled, there was nothing unfortunately. My wife is in a wheelchair, how was she supposed to get upstairs to the room? It was a terrible stay for my wife.
