Hôtel ultra moderne, très propre, les chambres sont très grandes, climatisation silencieux, parfait de A à Z. Malgré la proximité avec l’aéroport l’hôtel est très silencieux, aucun bruit !

Ruben was our driver who picked us up from the airport. He was so flexible because we couldn’t find our way to him. And Giovanna at valet at the Marriott in LA was wonderful. He helped Echo our bags into the car and get us some nice water for our trip home. They’re both wonderful.

All the Amenities, and it was very affordable for the quality.

Staff and Valet personnel were very helpful and friendly. A BIG plus for us was that our family pup was welcome.

The best part of our stay was the exceptional kindness of Giovanni F. (Valet) and TJ (Driver). They went above and beyond to help us with directions and made sure we arrived at the airport on time. Their outstanding customer service truly made our experience memorable. Thank you both so very much!

Aesthetically pleasing, and staff was very kind

Our stay at the AC Hotel El Segundo/South Bay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and breakfast spots all within easy walking distance. The hotel itself has a modern, welcoming atmosphere and is super super clean.

While the hotel is gorgeous, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. From the moment we checked in, Melanie and Caitlin made us feel genuinely welcome. They were personable and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. What impressed us most was that after we returned from a short walk, they greeted us by name and remembered us. It is those personal touches that make all the difference.

Since we were celebrating my friend’s birthday, we stopped by the beautiful rooftop bar before heading out for the evening. The entire staff there was just as friendly and welcoming. Our server, Daniel, was exceptional! He took the time to chat with us, made the birthday celebration special, and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants.

When we returned later that night, the exceptional service continued. Even the valet attendant, despite the fact that we had not even used valet parking, greeted us warmly and welcomed us back. Melanie and Caitlin were once again at the front desk with smiles, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number.

The outstanding customer service continued the following morning, and by the time we checked out, we knew we’d found a hotel we will happily return to again and again.

For anyone who says that great customer service is a thing of the past, they clearly have not boikex a stay at the AC Hotel El Segundo/South Bay. Every employee we encountered genuinely cared about creating a memorable guest experience. This was one of the best hotel stays we have had, and we can’t wait to come back!

Giovanni F and Jacob C were absolutely fantastic!!!! The process was extremely smooth, and everyone was very, very friendly and personable, and they assisted with our luggage and baggage with great care!

Hotel is great and park service is excellent. We use this place for hotel and long term parking. Caesar and Ivan are awesome.

We didn't actually stay in the hotel- only used there parking shuttle service to LAX. JT and Gio were so friendly and helpful. We were picked up at the airport in the right location and by the time we got to the hotel our car was already waiting downstairs. I know that doesn't happen all the time but after a long traveling day, it was a great way to end the trip.
