Location good. Check in delayed. Expensive eggs.
Pros:

Very close to and convenient access to LAX. Front desk staff was very helpful despite the fact a room wouldn’t be ready for us until 4:00pm

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was way overpriced at $24.00. It was only a slight improvement over the free breakfast we got a day earlier, for free, at a Comfort Suites. The croissants and cinnamon sticks were hard. The freshly made eggs were the only improvement but still just scrambled eggs.

Pros:

Great help from Cesar at the front. I’m an airline pilot and needed a place to park. He was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. Will definitely use again. Thank you, gentlemen!

Instalaciones en buen estado

Cons:

El estacionamiento es pago y es el más alto de la zona 40$ por noche ! Clean de habitaciones no lo vi, dice piscina en la descripción y la misma es de otro hotel, es de ir tienes que caminar hasta el otro hotel a solicitar llaves y que te den acceso! El desayuno es realmente costoso 28$ por persona !!

Pros:

Hôtel ultra moderne, très propre, les chambres sont très grandes, climatisation silencieux, parfait de A à Z. Malgré la proximité avec l’aéroport l’hôtel est très silencieux, aucun bruit !

White club treatment from our valet and shuttle driver
Pros:

Ruben was our driver who picked us up from the airport. He was so flexible because we couldn’t find our way to him. And Giovanna at valet at the Marriott in LA was wonderful. He helped Echo our bags into the car and get us some nice water for our trip home. They’re both wonderful.

Fun time!
Pros:

The best part of our stay was the exceptional kindness of Giovanni F. (Valet) and TJ (Driver). They went above and beyond to help us with directions and made sure we arrived at the airport on time. Their outstanding customer service truly made our experience memorable. Thank you both so very much!
