Perfect place to stay if flying out from TIJ
Pros:

Convenient location, walking distance to food and shopping if you don't have a car. Also a quick drive to the Tijuana airport. Very new hotel, clean and comfortable

Amazing experiences and exquisite food and people!
Pros:

This was an amazing hotel. Extremely kind guests. Jason is amazing.

From the bar tenets to the front desk as you walked in you’re welcome as if you’re staying at someone’s home.

Mierella and Alexa were excellent when it came to breakfast and front desk editiquet.

No Bottled Water
Pros:

No battled water in the room to go with the coffee maker.
Pillow are too weak so it takes two to barely equal one.
Breakfast quality has gone down.

Very nice hotel stay
Pros:

My father enjoyed his recent visit. The room was clean and in excellent condition, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. This is the hotel I book for him whenever he visits and he's always very happy here.

Awesome Home-Away-From-Home Experience
Pros:

I visit San Diego regularly to help take care of my ailing dad. Even though I can stay at my parent's house, I stay here instead. The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are wonderful! Mariela in the dining room makes the best omelets and she is so incredibly warm and caring in everything she does when she interacts with guests. She's a real treasure and I hope whenever you stay, you're lucky enough to get to see her.

Excellent BREAKFAST BUFFET with Mariella, Kitchen Manager and Crepe Chef. They have it all, hot & cold cereals, muffins, bagels, scrambles eggs, sausages, hash browns, waffles, mixed fruit, hard cooked eggs, many beverages…Chula Vista Ayres Hotel. Fancy breakfast on Christmas with flaky, stuffed crust ASADA WELLINGTON. 🎄
