Absolutely wonderful! My family and I will definitely visit again! My son is in the USA navy and our visit was simply amazing 🤩

The location is perfect if you are planning on crossing the border into Mexico.

Stayed here four days, three nights for business trip and would highly recommend this hotel! Great location to shops, friendly staff, hotel was in very very good condition and the overall experience was fantastic. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. I would have no hesitations staying here again. Great hotel!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ayres Hotel Chula Vista! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and kindness. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, they were truly outstanding and made the entire experience even more special.

The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, and it was clear that a lot of thought goes into every detail.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional level of service. The staff consistently exceeded expectations with their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything. It made such a difference and is the main reason we would return.

This is a nice spacious hotel, has nice views, amazing room service, and respectful staff. Mariella Herrara was a notable staff member here who provided amazing service.

I can't believe that the Hotel cannot afford the less than 50 cents it would cost to provide 2 bottles of water per day pet room. Then to have to pay $3 for 2 bottles. A $2.50+ profit plus the inconvenience of having to go get it. SAD!!

Location is great walking distance to many places to eat, the rooms are clean and well maintained, price for the room is reasonable.

I had such a wonderful stay this weekend! The room size completely exceeded my expectations it was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and gave us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. That alone made the stay feel more luxurious and enjoyable.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The front desk team was beyond helpful from start to finish. They patiently answered all of our questions, quickly resolved an issue we had with our room key, and were so accommodating when we realized we had left something behind after checkout. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference.

Overall, the combination of a spacious room and outstanding customer service made this a fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality!
