Absolutely perfect
Pros:

My stay was absolutely perfect. The host was amazing: always responsive, quick to reply to every message, and exceptionally kind.
The apartment is high-end, comfortable, and very well equipped.
There is a gym on the second floor, and downstairs you’ll find a supermarket and a shopping mall.
Honestly, everything is designed for comfort— even if you decide to stay in the apartment, you will never get bored.
I highly recommend this place without hesitation.

Not my favorite stay, needs refreshing and cleaning
Pros:

Good size of the apartment, self check-in, parking garage, complementary water.

Cons:

The apartment wasn't as clean as I would hope for, the toilet was actually a bit dirty or could not be cleaned (I used antibacterial wipes for toilet seat and it had some dirt on it). The equipment of the apartment was really outdated, the duvet had some black spots or dirt on it, the balcony window was broken (could be even dangerous), overall did not feel very comfortable, because of lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The shopping mall is really average and feels a bit retro, but you can get some necessaties that you need.

Pros:

Tesisin konumu ,kapalı otoparkı olması , dairenin temizliği ve genişliği güzeldi.Otıparkta karşılanmamız ve tesisin anlatılmasıda gayet faydalı oldu.Avm nin karşı caddesinde çok iyi bir kaç fırın ve fırınların150-200 metre ötesinde redtaurant var.

Pros:

Tek gece konakladık ve inanılmaz rahat ettik. Üsküpe gittiğimde tercih edeceğim bir yer oldu. Rahatlığı, olanakları, temizliği, konumu her şeyiyle on numaraydı.

Mixed experience
Pros:

Large, clean apartment. Comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner/manager who was very helpful. Good Aircon. Mall underneath for supplies is very convenient.

Cons:

Beware the marketing photos. The apartment looks brand new - not the case, it is well used, scuffs in the walls and floors, not enough electrical sockets, lacked a few basics which would have improved the stay e.g tea towel, maybe one washing tablet, some oven gloves to use with the microwave. Some very loud noise to 4am from adjoining apartment on one night. It is a 30 minute walk to the centre. I had problems using the Skopje taxi apps - rides always seemed to be unavailable.

Pros:

U istom objektu nalaze se ducani sto je bilo bas prakticno. Besplatan parking na razini -3 takoder je super. U blizini apartmana je Me3e Bar u kojem smo jako fino i povoljno jeli, rucak za 2 osobe 15 eura.
Cistacica je sobu cistila svaki dan, mijenjala rucnike i prala suđe.
Vlasnici apartmana su uvijek dostupni i preko Whatsappa.
Liftovi su odvojeni za goste apartmana uz šifru i za posjetitelje Malla.

Kalabalık 2 aile gelmiştik, mutfağının yeterli olması odaların geniş olması bizi oldukça memnun etti. Konumu uzak merkez
Pros:

Odalar çok geniş, mutfak ve mutfak masası çok yeterli. Altında alışveriş merkezi olması çok rahat oldu eksiklerimizi marketten alıp odaya geçebiliyorduk. Araba kiralayıp gitmiştik park yeri Avm otoparkının alt katını veriyorlar, oldukça güvenilir ve rahattı.

Cons:

Genel temizliği iyiydi her gün de geliyorlardı ama perdeler artık kararmış ve toz kokuyordu, ellemek bile istemedim. ısıtıcılar vardı ama sanki onlar da toz üflüyor gibiydi.
