Extremely disappointing – not a 5-star experience at all
We booked a two-night stay with dinner included, and it was a complete waste of money. Dinner was not served in the main restaurant as expected, but in a corridor, which is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
The food selection was very poor (only two main dishes), and the quality was far below any acceptable standard. The way the food was presented and the choice of dishes clearly reflected a lack of planning and care, as if anything was put together without proper thought or consideration for guests.
Many guests were clearly dissatisfied, and the staff showed a lack of professionalism. We complained during our stay, but nothing changed.
I strongly advise against booking with dinner included. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had, and it seriously questions the hotel’s 5-star rating.

Half board not worth , becuase dinner was not as expected from 5 stars or even 4 stars hotel . But breakfast was nice .

Excellent amenities, highly professional staff, and a fantastic pool area that offers a great space to unwind. The location in the heart of the city center is incredibly convenient for both business and leisure.
Peak times at the main entrance can get quite busy, but the staff handles it very efficiently.

مكانه مرتب و نظيف جدًا و المسؤولين موجودين طول الوقت ، كذلك فيه مسبح كبار و صغار و فيه لعمر السنة و السنتين يجي عند الاقدام ، المكان جميل مو زي مسابح النوادي رسمية جدًا .
