A truly exceptional stay with world-class hospitality—thank you, especially Safia, for making our visit so memorable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and family-friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding.

A very special thank you to Safia at the reception. She truly made our stay unforgettable with her kindness, professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care. She welcomed us with a warm smile, handled every request with patience, and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Employees like Safia are a true asset to the hotel.

Our children had an amazing time, and we will definitely be returning. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Cons:

Only the extra payment for staying in the cooling cabinet near the pool , as some of parents cant swim and having infant baby , we would like to stay in these cabinet during the hot hours to watch them .

But over all Everything was perfect, and our expectations were exceeded in every way.

Our first visit to Qatar was truly unforgettable, and our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha played a huge part in making it such a wonderful experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s elegance, cleanliness, and exceptional level of service. The valet parking team was friendly and professional, the rooms were spacious, beautiful, and impeccably maintained, and the room service was excellent. The pool area was spectacular, providing the perfect place to relax, and the breakfast was absolutely FANTASTIC with a great variety of high-quality options.

A special thank you goes to Ms. Nadine, the Room Division Manager, who made our stay even more memorable. Her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests stood out throughout our visit. She kindly upgraded our room twice and took the time to ensure that everything was perfect during our stay. Her hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and added a personal touch that we greatly appreciated.

Thanks to the outstanding hotel team and the wonderful experience we had, we left Qatar with beautiful memories that will stay with us forever. We look forward to returning and creating even more special moments in the future.

A great option for our short layover. Great, friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice pool, comfortable beds and pillows. Access to the shopping mall from the lobby. Flexible checkout time was really appreciated. Breakfast was great - and the chef made us a gorgeous pancake, without even asking, and came to say hello, which my daughters loved.

Cons:

I was sure I’d booked a room with 2 double beds, but on arrival it was only 1 king, and we had to pay more than our original booking cost to have 2 singles put in the room, which was disappointing.
