The location is great for either short staycations especially for tourists as it has a connection with a mall. Facilities were great especially the pool! Sauna and steam was there, gym, everything you could ask for in a staycation. Food was great especially in Masa (breakfast), kudos to the chef batou. Staff were excellent from reception down to housekeeping! Excellent choice of stay!

الاستقبال كان راقي جدًا ورحبوا فينا بكل لطف واهتمام، والشقه واسعه و نظيفة ومرتبة بشكل ممتاز.
الفطور متنوع ولذيذ ويلبي جميع الأذواق، والعاملين كانو بمنتهى المهنيه والاحترام وبشوشين ومتعاونين جدا ، المكان بشكل عام يفتح النفس.

The service was excellent from the moment we checked in, and the room service was truly exceptional.
* We requested two connecting rooms, and they were provided without any hassle.
* Check-in was very quick and did not require a long wait, even though we arrived at 1:30 PM. Our check-out was also extended until 4:00 PM, which was wonderful.
* The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, and there were several tables with stunning views.
* My two daughters really enjoyed their room, especially because the room size was incredibly spacious.
* The swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and my family really enjoyed spending time there
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return again
The only downside was the view, as it was not as nice as we expecte
The location was excellent and very convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and easy.
The pool was amazing hospitality really made the experience even better.

حجزت شقة لاقدر ادخل اللاونج ودفعت مقابل الفطور المتعارف عليه في الجي دبليو
بتفاجا انه مغيرين الفطور واللاونج وتقريباً فاشل ولايستحق المبلغ اللي اندفع ولم يتم اخطاري بكل هالتغيرات من قبل الموظف اللي اصر انه مايكون تخفيض لان الفطور لوحده يكلف 150 ولو اني اعرف نوعية الخدمة اللي رح احصل عليها ماكنت دفعت مبلغ زيادة كنت ححزت غرفة عادية
حتى المسبح مابيفتح للساعة 9 الصبح وايضاً لم يتم اخطاري
I would like to thank Mr. Mahmoud — he is a person of outstanding character and great humility. He helped us a lot. The hotel is absolutely amazing, and the swimming pool is on another level of beauty and enjoyment.

لا شي يستحق الثناء غير موظفة الاستقبال دعاء
عند دخولنا الفندق غرفة رقم 908 من اسوء الغرف وجود سائل احمر على رخام الحمام في الارضيه قد تكون قلة تنظيف وجود قطرات سائل اصفر على المرحاض عدم نظافة خلفية السرير ... اتصلت ب3 موظفين مرتان نفس الموظفة تعتذر والثالث يسمى مسوؤل اشرح له بخصوص تعارض وقت الاذان مع وجو بار يشغل صوت الاغاني بشكل صاخب اشتكيت مرتين ورفعت شكوى في وزارة السياحة لانه لا يوجد موظف كفوء لا يستطيع ايقاف المهزله ... لم يخفضوا الصوت ولم يحترموا اوقات الاذان .... الفطور مبالغ في السعر مقابل الكمية ... وعند الخروج اتصلت 6 مرات حتى اريد شخص يساعدني في حمل الحقائب من جنسية عربيه ولكن تأخر 7 دقائق ليرسل شخص الى الغرفة قمت بحمل حقائبي بنفسي ... الموظفة ناديه او نادين او نارين تقريبا نفس هذا الاسم ... عندما قمنا بخروج من الفندق لم تقول لي هل كانت اقامتكم جيده الا بعدما سالت ما اسم موظفة الاستقبال العربية .... موظفين لم يعطوا اهتمام لزبائن لا رأي ولا شكوى ولا حل .... جميع طاقم الفندق سىء... اتمنى يتم تعين ناس كفوء يعرفون من هو الله والناس والدين
Просто нереально крутое обслуживание персонала,вежливые,приветливые,и местоположение гостиницы тоже шикарное.Завтрак и ужин были вкусные,советую
