Un vero hotel 5 stelle
Pros:

Ho soggiornato qui per 5 giorni, è stato bellissimo davvero, uno degli hotel più belli in cui sia mai stato!
Enorme, spazioso, circondato da grattacieli futuristici, piscina bellissima al secondo piano tra i grattacieli, colazione abbondantissima (un pranzo praticamente), ristorante buono sia per pranzo che cena a buffet e ad un ottimo prezzo, sul lungomare di Doha, bellissimo per passeggiate soprattutto al tramonto con lo skyline, ogni mattina su richiesta alla reception c'è anche un servizio navetta gratuito che accompagna dall'hotel al Doha Beach Club in 10 minuti, ingresso spiaggia gratuito, spiaggia bellissima enorme e atteezzatissima con comodissimi letti , wifi diffuso e asciugamani. Comodo anche perche nelle vicinanze c'e la metro e si arriva ovunque se si vogliono visitare musei, luoghi culturali e quartieri. All'interno del grattacieli c'è anche un centro commerciale con i più disparati ristoranti (tra cui uno di pesce buonissimo a prezzi davvero cheap.
Le stanze sono molto grandi, pulizia maniacale anche in angoli e pertugi, doccia enorme e anche vasca, set di ogni genere in bagno sia per capelli che corpo e skincare, ciabatte, accappatoio, 5 asciugamani.
Staff davvero gentile e premuroso, accogliente.
Spero tanto un giorno di tornarci, e stato bellissimo! E Doha è una città dalle mille risorse e sorprese, a mio avviso molto piú interessante di Dubai e con musei magnifici.

This hotel completely ruined our New Year’s holiday
Pros:

Very good breakfasts, connection to the Mall, nice swimming pool outside.

Cons:

We stayed as a family with 3 children and our elderly grandmother, expecting the usual JW Marriott standard. Unfortunately, this stay turned into a complete disaster. Our room on the 7th floor was directly above the Amaru nightclub, with extremely loud music every night — not only on New Year’s Eve, as we were told. The noise, especially during live performances, felt like someone was yelling in our room. After a long flight from South Africa, none of us could sleep. Earplugs and pillows over our ears did not help.

We complained 3 times. Although the staff apologized and sent some sweets, nothing was actually done until we filed a formal complaint with hotel and Marriott management. Only then were we relocated — and in a way that made us feel as if we were just trying to get a “better” room, which was not true, as our original room was better in quality. We were also told that the music was only played on New Year’s Eve, which was simply not true.

The new rooms on the 40th floor had a very strong tobacco smell (despite being non-smoking), so intense that it caused nausea at night. While the nightclub noise was less noticeable on the 40th floor, it was still audible — which says a lot about the volume level on the 7th floor.

We came expecting the high standard of service we have always experienced at JW Marriott properties around the world. But this experience was far below JW Marriott standards. The hotel needs to decide whether it is a luxury hotel or a nightclub — and guests should be clearly warned about the noise. We were honestly very relieved to leave.

Fantastic stay and top-notch service in Doha.
Pros:

Excellent location in West Bay, directly connected to City Center Mall. The rooms are spacious with stunning views, and the breakfast buffet is exceptional. Special thanks to the professional and friendly staff for their great hospitality.

Pros:

Odalar çok geniş, kahvaltı çok çeşitliydi. Batuhan şef bir efsaneydi. Açık büfe de olmasa bile sizin istediğiniz üründe size destek oluyor. Bebekli aileler için ideal. Havuzda ısıtmalı idi, hava ortalama iken bile rahatça girlebiliyor

Perfect 5* experience
Pros:

Staff were amazing and level of service at breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

As I booked on booking.com it cost me an extra nights accommodation even though I checked out at 5pm I was charged a full night rate.
