The rooms are very clean. The staff are very kind and friendly very patient great customer service.
I had a long day of traveling , ended up at the wrong Doubletree, but the front desk was so nice Jake and vahntina could tell I was frustrated they offered me a cookie and did everything they could to get me to the right place for my reservation.
Rachel Winfield and her staff are an asset to your company. I travel a lot for work and I’ve never felt so welcomed on a hotel stay, business or please. Please give her a raise and a training bonus to show all of your other employees how to treat a guest!
The hotel is dated. We had to move rooms because of a leak under our bathroom sink. Moved to the second room and there was a leak with that sink as well. The bathroom shower had rust in it along with the toilet. There was hair in the shower in all corners. Mildew under the sink and the sheets were dirty. I am disgusted by Hilton at this point. That's the second time I've stayed at a Hiktpm hotel in Charlotte that disappointed. The staff was great and that's the only reason I would give one star.
My name is Chris Woods and I am a Hilton Honors member. I've stayed at many DoubleTree properties around the world and this is my first time ever having a bad experience with the company. I worked with Robert Fisher from Hilton Grand Vacations to stay at a Hilton property in April 2025 and attend a presentation to potentially begin a timeshare with Hilton Grand Vacations. After attending the presentation with my partner, we were given several gifts and one of those gifts was a certificate to stay at a Hilton DoubleTree property. After trying to redeem my certificate, I was misled, mistreated and ultimately paid the total price of my room.
I write to let you know that the system in which the Hilton Vacations Rewards are granted is disjointed and incomplete. As well as this fact, I would like you to know about the poor customer service that I experience at this property in particular. Even though I met several Hilton staff members that were delightful and reasonable, Ms Jennifer Lawsom from the finance office showed me a different side of the DoubleTree customer service spectrum and that has left me truly disappointed. After my refund for my complimentary stay was taken back, I was not contacted and ignored. At this point, the money is not the matter of this issue and it is simply an issue of customer service and the processing system in place at the moment for rewards. I hope that this message finds everyone that needs to read it and hopefully my experience can be used as a step towards training for those who need it. The hospitality industry is a complex industry and I know many personalities come through the doors. However, some guests may have been genuinely misled by the disjointed customer service system of Hilton and they deserve the support they need. If there is anything that Hilton can do to remediate my issue, please feel free to reach out. If there is nothing that Hilton can do at this point, I understand and I appreciate you for your eyes and time. Thank you!

when I arrived I Had the privilege of meeting Jake and Caila they were warm welcoming and very friendly. At check in the systems were down and the wait was upon they reassured everyone that it would be over in a timely manner and it was. They work fast and kept us entertained great staff friendly clean environment.

Muy mal servicio. Me cargaron una tarifa un 40% superior a la contratada por Booking.com. Tuve que hablar hasta con 3 personas distintas para que me la corrigiesen. Aún así me hicieron mal el cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito. Aún estoy tratando de que lo rectifiquen. No me hicieron el servicio de habitaciones. No me repusieron las 2 botellas de agua. Poca amabilidad del personal. Fatal servicio.
The location was great.
The heat didn't work in my room all weekend. It was every cold. They say they was goin fixs it an never did. I ask for a different room an they didn't want me move me. I would never stay here again.
The first room they gave me had a bar of soap in the shower that was previously there & someone used
I thought the breakfast was complimentary and it was a surprise when it was 20 plus dollars.
Things were overall good.
Breakfast was not worth the amount and my toilet was not functioning and the bathroom ceiling was falling apart
