I would still use this hotel knowing what I now know. It did not ruin the whole experience.
Pros:

Loved the rocking chair, and my cookie ( when I finally got one)

Cons:

-That I had to ask for my cookie on my second day there. I was told folks usually ask for it. But I never knew it was a thing until another guest mentioned it to me.
- I was not told there was no ice on my floor. And the directional plaquereds were giving wrong directions on the floors that did have them.
- I might be misinformed on this one but I think there was 1 microwave for the whole building. I wanted to ask concierge but the line was longer than I would have liked and opted to use the one in the lobby.

Disappointing due to ac not working.
Pros:

Location, room layout

Cons:

The ac in the room didn’t work. We could not stay there. The hotel thankfully did not charge us but we had to find a different hotel.

Probably would not stay here again.
Pros:

I liked the location, it was convenient to a lot of stuff.

Cons:

I didn’t like how dark the room was. There was not enough light in the room. The shower door wouldn’t stay shut when you took a shower and they only supplied 2 towels and when I went to the front desk to ask for an extra towel, they told me they only had wash rags.

Pros:

On my way to the airport I realized I left my smartwatch in the room we checked out of. I called the hotel, spoke to a very nice man, he located my watch and sent it to lost and found. After a week of speaking to various employees regarding my watch (including a manager)and not getting anywhere with them, I had the great fortune of getting connected with Rachel W yesterday. She listened to my concerns and took it upon herself to locate my watch and see to it that it was promptly returned to me. It arrived at my home today. Hilton is very lucky to have Rachel W representing them. She exemplifies what superior consumer service is. Thank you Rachel W.
