Call and confirm beds booked.
Pros:

How clean it was and how lovely the staff were!! Man, the cleaning staff was sooooo awesome!! They need a raise. They take their job very seriously!!!!

Cons:

Paid parking and the fact that I booked a king room and they gave me a double queen bedroom!! I don't care if it's was a few bucks more. I wanted the room I paid for. By the way, I was charged for the king bed anyway.

Awful facility maintenance.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Toilet hardly flushed, shower leaked everywhere, no overhead lights in bedroom made it very dark, one tv didn’t work at all, tiles in bathroom we’re cracked, carpet stained all over, cant enter the lobby from rear entrance after hours as the card reader doesn’t work, price to park is ridiculous when already paying for a room at a poorly maintained hotel. Overall great staff working in a terrible facility, will not return or recommend.

Pros:

I room had mold on the Duvet and stains. The toilet handle was broken and the shower glass fell off on my daughter.

Cons:

I didn't like anything. The GM or manager refuse to give me a call back and I called several times

It was clean

Cons:

They are not maintaining anything. No ice machine on 4th floor. Cabinet door to the refrigerator was ripped off. Toilet paper roll was missing- just one arm sticking out of the wall & a roll of paper on the back of the toilet. The tv was direct tv & had no signal- every channel had static after a few moments of watching. I went to the lobby & the desk clerk said he would come look at it - but he never did. I had to walk to the lobby because the phone in the room was broken. The toilet clogged & we were told to use the lobby until maintenance arrived at 7am. The hallways smelled like marijuana & the hotel room smelled like cigarettes.

The AC was broken room felt like a sauna. Housekeeping did not give us any towels for the next day. Broken workout equipment in the gym
