Improve and offer fresh food onbreakfast menu.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet is terrible. Recycled food, obviously. Limited selection. Definitely not worth the value.

Extremely long wait for Airport Shuttle
Pros:

We were told to wait by Airport Shuttle Zone 1 by the hotel operator.
An hour later, same operator stated the shuttle was fueling up and will arrive in another 10 minutes.
Almost another hour and the shuttle finally arrived.

Avoid booking if Shuttle Transportation is a deciding factor.

I would still use this hotel knowing what I now know. It did not ruin the whole experience.
Pros:

Loved the rocking chair, and my cookie ( when I finally got one)

Cons:

-That I had to ask for my cookie on my second day there. I was told folks usually ask for it. But I never knew it was a thing until another guest mentioned it to me.
- I was not told there was no ice on my floor. And the directional plaquereds were giving wrong directions on the floors that did have them.
- I might be misinformed on this one but I think there was 1 microwave for the whole building. I wanted to ask concierge but the line was longer than I would have liked and opted to use the one in the lobby.
