Très beau séjour!
Pros:

Les équipements (piscine, salle de jeux pour la relâche, le restaurant, le gym) et l’emplacement dans le vieux Québec avec la superbe vue! Le stationnement facile d’accès. Le confort des lits et des oreillers.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu désuètes ce qui fait que ça peut ne pas sembler très propre (surtout la salle de bain). Il y avait beaucoup d’attente pour la réception et une seule personne à l’accueil. Ça m’a pris plus de 30 minutes pour faire le Check in. Le personnel était toutefois super sympathique.

Good, modern facility w/o the price of the Old Town.
Pros:

Proximity to the Old Quebec City. About 10-15 mins walk.

Cons:

Cleaning staff didn’t always clean the room, no drawers for clothes storage (we stayed for 5 nights), poor coffee maker

Cons:

Les ascenseurs non fonctionnels et très long
Je suis resté pris dans les escaliers car la carte ne les débarraient pas et aucune affiche le disant. Le service au restaurant très très long et mauvais je suis même partie sans mon tatare. Au comptoir du lobby le monde avait l’air bête.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour les événements ayant lieu au centre des congrès

Cons:

Chambre mal insonorisée, bruits du corridor et de l’extérieur (piscine) très dérangeant, bruit des toilettes du haut qui résonnent dans la chambre. Lavabo bloqué, on me dit que quelqu’un arrive bientôt et s’est présenté plus de 2h après. Lumière du corridor qui pénètre par la porte de chambre et lumière du jour passe sous les rideaux. Draps trop petits. Vieux tapis qui ne semble pas propre et coussin décoratif sur le lit.

Great hotel experience
Pros:

We were here for the 66th Pee Wee International Hockey tournament. This hotel handled 3-4 hockey teams along with families with ease. They are smart by placing one team on the same floor to avoid nonsense running around! The hotel was clean, our room got cleaned everyday and everyone was very nice. The bistro has great food and drinks. Another mom and I used the outdoor pool with no kids one night. It was amazing. I used the gym as well. Lots of options and clean. The parking garage is quite low and my jeep thankfully made it in! Anything larger, you have to park outside. It was close proximity to cafes, bars and restaurants. We walked every where. Just bundle up! Outdoor rink a mile a way. It was a great experience. Merci Quebec! When we come back, we will stay at The Delta Quebec!

Emplacement pratique vers le palais des congrès

Cons:

Le service pas d'accueil non chaleureuse les personnes était bête et froid.
Personne explique le fonctionnement les parking etc..
L'odeur ca sens tellement fort le parfum.

Restaurant délicieux ! En plus d'une section self serving accessible tout le temps, c'était parfait.
L'accommodation de nous mettre sur le même étage proche, malgré le changement de dernière minute, très à l'écoute.
Chambre confortable, assez grande.

Cons:

Jai trouvé dommage que la piscine extérieure ne soit uniquement que creuse. Il ny a pas d'entrée graduel où entrer, il faut sauter ou utiliser l'échelle, on ne touche pas au sol (ou à peine). Je n'ai pas pu m'y baigner avec mon enfant de 2 ans, petite déception.

Do Not Trust the Employees here
Pros:

Do not trust the people working at this hotel. We left behind 2 inexpensive bathing suits that were drying on the shower curtain rod and called a few hours after checkout. We submitted a list and found ticket through Marriott and the case was immediately closed saying they weren’t found. This hotel is very run down and doesn’t have their guests at the forefront of their minds. What a shame.

Personnel très courtois
Surtout les 2 jeunes hommes "portier" rencontrés durant la fds. Très tres bon service

1 de brisé
Il faut changer au 3e étage, c'est fou avec tous ces gens qui arrivent du stationnement.
Vraiment je n'ai jamais vu de système pareil. Ça pris 30 min avant de pouvoir descendre au Lobby du 4e étage.
