Gute Lage. Aussicht.

Keine Pfannendeckel. Minimale Küchenausstattung.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione del residence e la posizione dell'appartamento nel residence. Ottimo il terrazzino con bel panorama e la possibilità di mangiare esternamente. Bella la zona di Madonna della Grazie. La spiaggia è poco curata ma con un bel mare e raggiungibile a piedi.
Molto comoda la possibilità di parcheggio messa a disposizione dell'host a Capoliveri.

Cons:

Da rinnovare materassi e televisore.

Posto bello, appartamento un po meno.
Pros:

La posizione, la vicinanza al mare, la tranquillità, la natura che si può godere dall'appartamento. La casa molto semplice ed essenziale.

Cons:

La casa è dotata di condionatori che però non hanno funzionato e nei giorni in cui è stato caldo la casa era invivibile. La presenza massiccia di formiche che non siamo riusciti a debellare. Nell'appartamento alcune cose secondarie come : porta asciugamani rotto, rubinetto del lavandino che trafilava acqua, la mancanza di alcuni accessori per la cucina come un sottopentola,




mollette per lo stendino, una lampada con la luce fulminata, queste cose complessivamente hanno fatto percepire una certa approssimazione.

Super location, but too hot.
Pros:

Location, beach near apartmens, parking... Nice view on sea.

Cons:

Bed sheets, equipment in kitchen, ants. Apartment was always so hot. Aircon in summer neccessary...
