Good value and clean
Pros:

The rooms were big nice and clean

Cons:

The breakfast was good but when I went to eat they were out of eggs and yogurt. There were also ants in the bathroom on the door frame.

It was ok
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Horrible room!
Pros:

We arrived late but had checked in earlier online. When we got there we could tell it was shabby looking and in a nasty area. We check in and went to our room which was right next to the door going out to the parking lot. Noisy and upon entering it looked shabby and the bathroom was nasty. It was 11 pm so had to stay but it was disgusting. It even smelled bad plus when we went out to get our luggage we smelled marijuana all through the lobby and outside.

Very nice
Pros:

I had a very nice stsy at this hotel. It may be a little bit older, but everything in the room was just fine. nearby shopping mall looks a little bit sad and sort of abandoned, but there are still a few places to shop and dine and some are within walking distance. I thought the hotel breakfast was pretty good, better than your Hyatt place breakfast average.

Misleading
Pros:

We checked in 12am same day expecting to check out the next day at 12pm. They gave us our confirmation to check out 12pm next day. We got told we have to check out 13 hours from 12am. So we paid 160 to stay for the night vs thinking we’ll stay for the entire day and check out 12pm. We got told different things and felt mislead.

Good but didn’t like the ants
Pros:

Common area clean and nice and spacious

Bathroom in Lobby area was clean

Stay was awesome

Cons:

Carpet needed cleaning.

There were ants in my room and ants on the bed

Stain on bed covers - blanket. Looked like a blood stain.

Kudos to the housekeeper!!!

Once we enter the room you can smell an unpleasant scent, build up mold in the shower,& around the shower head.
