Pros:

The staff member that checked me in last night was very nice and helpful. Im a Hilton member but thinking about joining the hyatt group because of his customer service. The room was clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately the staff member at desk at check out this morning wasnt so hospitable. She didnt engage much didnt ask how my stay was. I asked to get checked out and for a receipt and she said nothing. I felt like I needed to ask her if she was ok but didnt want to over step

Cons:

No twenty four seven coffee.
The lemon water isn't all that great. Don't really drink it.
But it would be nice to have coffee like most other hotels.

The stay was mediocre it will definitely not be a hotel that I would stay again.

I can’t say there was anything specific I liked about the property.

Cons:

The outside of the property could use some cleaning or a coat of paint. The potholes in the road in front of the property were ridiculous. This made the property look cheap and unkept. The bed pillows were more like sheets than pillows and I believe the room was infested with some sort of bug because I have small itchy bumps on my legs arms neck and back that I didn’t start to experience until being in the hotel room. I could feel some crawling on me when sitting on the sofa. This is a risk when staying at pet friendly hotels. Extra cleaning measures should be taken when the room has been the guest had a pet in the room.

The stay was good, improvement each room microwave
Pros:

The breakfast on each day changed, some good day breakfast as well as the next day not so good

Cons:

White gray sausage and biscuits and not too much more to go with it.
