Breakfast was non seasoned. Fruits were not the best. Flatware was poorly positioned

The beds were a little hard and the ice machine on our third level did not work.
The breakfast was okay
The air conditioner in our room was leaking had the entire floor on that side wet! The smell of the room smelled unclean. Beds where super hard the elevator needs to be serviced bad

It was perfect
The room was located on the first floor, away from the elevator. The room was handicapped accessible as requested. There were ample pillows on the bed.
There was a wedding taking place in the meeting room. Some of the guests were in the room (105?), and for both nights, they slammed the door to their room every time they entered and exited their room. It was not an issue until I went to bed, and the constant door slamming woke me up several times each night.
The property use to be very nice but now it has went down the cleaning is not keep up. Roaches and ants were presents. Hair was left in sinks.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very satisfying and the area was kept clean.
I wish all rooms had a fan....just my own personal preference for noise at night.

We had already made reservations for holiday weekend to stay one night, but after I made reservations we had a death in the family, and instead of extending our stay we had to make brand new reservations because they could not accommodate us since we'd made the reservations online. So I had to check out and hope that our luggage stayed in the room and then checked back in. Thankfully that did go smoothly even though we had to make sure we weren't back to check in and unfortunately two of my kids got sick and I went to the front desk and asked for blankets and cleaning and disinfectant sprays at 9:00 at night and they said they were not able to get to the blankets and cleaning supplies that they've already locked up. I understand you can't keep everything out but why would there not be blankets for guests that are just coming in at that time? So I had to go to Walmart and buy blankets, cleaning supplies and disinfectant . the rooms were a little Dusty.
easy to find and check-in was quick. the room was clean and the air worked great. kids enjoyed breakfast, and the coffee was good.
The bed/mattress was too hard for me. My husband likes a firm mattress, but it was too firm for me so I didn't sleep well. Also, the air conditioner was very loud in a banging kind of way. It wasn't consistent so it was more noticeable they way it would start and stop.
